Isn't he related to CS- it's her brother. Never understood what the attraction was that kept Sophie from continuing a relationship with CS and her brother- the father of her kids. It sounds like they were cut from the same cloth- he moved in with Sophie to save money and CS used her and her kind boyfriend for free meals and places to stay . Other then her ex in/laws- Sophie make a run for it and don't look back.

It's the kind of piece that is used to style a multimillion property in LA or NY. Not in a home with three (well, four)Agreed B&B Italia is high end. However in that house perticularly, the stripped armchair clashes with the marble and the couch is way too big for that size living room. I still wouldn't want it because I personally find it ugly and the couch looks uncomfortable to sit in. So far we haven't seen anyone sitting on it in fact.
There is no way in the World that they bought that furniture at full price. Like @hellokittymermaid said, it must have been heavily discounted..or loaned

Oh yes you are correct, it looks much better in these pictures! I take back what I said in my previous post. Well if B&B Italia were looking to them to advertise their furniture then they clearly lost the plot because as it stands, in their house it looks horrible.

Besides the fact that I despise both of these 2, I'm honestly going to be super objective and put my personal feelings aside to discuss her "bedroom"..even if it was someone else's bedroom I would say the same : it's horrendous and hideous.
First off, the open bathroom is a complete idiocy for all the reasons you guys already mentioned.
Second, the wallpaper is horrible, it's like a child took a giant paintbrush and went at it on the wall. Plus it clashes with the pink marble..don't understand that interior decorator..just because of that house she designed, I would definitely not hire her. From top to bottom their is zero class or taste.
Third, those 2 orange stools at the edge of the bed, have nothing to do there! They clash with everything else.
All in all, that room has no rhyme or reason and just feels like they threw everything they had in there just to use up all the space.. Kind of the same thing they did at the bottom level..no rhyme or reason.... rant over
