I think that's a really good price. It's probably cheaper than I expected because of the location.
We paid almost 500 for ours and they've got one more bedroom although we have a bigger plot
---
It says all furniture is included in the sale so she must have a supplier lined up to kit the new place out for free.
---
“Property is fitted with CCTV and alarm system”. Yeah we know, we remember the #gifted stories 😂
Why would they assume someone else would want all of their furniture? 2nd hand and probably half wrecked by 3 kids. She's always saying that she can't have anything good because of three youngsters.
---
The house looks gorgeous in the listing. That is going to be sold by next week. It's looking great.
Its funny how canny filming never showed that house to be so big or so nice.
The kitchen looked dated in all of the footage yet its lovely in these photos.

I dont think the professional photographer was that great though, there are huge streaks of light on the ceiling in a few of the photos.
The listing needs a floor plan and an Arial shot of the plot of land its on.

It’ll go for more I’d imagine. Lovely house and more than adequate for a family of 5. Most families would kill for a home like that. Yeah she said she couldn’t have anything nice but also had an interior designer fit out the master bedroom. I assumed she’d be taking that fancy headboard etc with her but doesn’t look like it.

It is lovely but a bit bland. Maybe they have left it that way so people can put their own stamp on it. Caroline used to complain she had no space in her kitchen, no room for microwave etc. Hope the prospective buyers don't see that!

Don't know how she had no room for a microwave or an air fryer, she's got a decent sized utility room there and a micro or air fryer could easily fit.
What she meant was no one had gifted her one yet (looking at you donaghy bros)

I would say the new kitchen, and indeed home on general, will be designed & planned to accommodate gifted & collabs at every opportunity.

Yeah she said the same thing about the heating system, “sharing the journey” to help us all 😂 Not all heroes wear capes 🤣

Also - on look out for a mobile 👀 ie hoping for a #collab

And says she will still be 10 mins from her own parents - so are they not moving very far at all? I thought the whole idea was to move closer to his parents but surely it’s not much for a difference?

I’ll have to bow out of this one’s thread I think ! We’re trying to get a house built and this rit is just disgusting. Smug head on her, a haircut would suit her better than a kitchen journey 😏

I think she will struggle to sell 400k is a lot for that area and if people are going to spend that kind of money they would generally want to build themselves housing market has slowed right down although the fact that she’s including all furniture might help who does that?! Generally when you’re moving you’re stretched to the last penny and you bring as much as you can to your next home pretty sickening really obviously the whole new build is practically gifted or paid for by all the other small businesses she promotes and the big days out no cost of living crisis in her house

You’ll get there and it doesn’t matter if everything isn’t finished and perfect when you move in. And at least you’ll know you did it yourself and paid your own way.

Anyone got a link for the add for her house.

I'm not thinking of buying it obviously, just want to have a nose!
It's on her profile
---
This whole getting her house for free doesn't sit well with me at all. I've said it before, but I'll say it again. The woman does great things for people in need at Christmas. But for her to take all this free stuff when she's near tears every December talking about how little people have makes me feel sick. The whole dig deep campaign is about her and her image. It's great that it helps so many people, but if she genuinely cared so much she would stay in her home that is already too big for them (she said herself they don't use the 2 huge rooms upstairs) and use her influence to donate. Think of how many homes could be built for homeless, how many people who live in mouldy, wrecked houses with no heating could have heat, etc etc.

She's looking after herself in every single thing she does whilst trying to look relatable. Height of a cost of living crisis and she's flaunting it in our faces that she has no money worries at all.

100% this and I’ve said something very similar before.

Lets be real, she has her platform for 2 reasons: exploiting her kids in their everyday funny moments and sharing them to the nth degree, and the digg deep for kids campaign.

I genuinely would have a lot more time for her if she was putting time into her content, and had a niche such as beauty, hair, fashion or solely provided social media advice to businesses and THIS is how she built her following, but this is simply not the case.

She is on the beg every Christmas on behalf of people on the poverty line and as a result of the positive publicity she gets for this campaign each year, her life is essentially gifted! I honestly don’t know how anyone will take her seriously this Christmas running the campaign again when she’s building that monstrosity of a ‘house’.

Instagrammer 14 you've got me thinking about the Christmas campaign and making a difference.
Wouldn't it have made a huge difference to people in the local area who need heating upgraded to have had big shout out on Caroline's page and we could see them install her heating that she pays for whilst giving the free system to someone who needs it.
Same for the kitchen/bathrooms etc. How good would that have looked for those companies and it would do a power of good for people who can't afford it, benefitting from it.

It's obscene to run a charity campaign whilst taking tens of thousands of pounds worth of free goods and services that could benefit others.

I've said it before about this one, the Digg Deep for kids campaign is first and foremost a PR stunt for Caroline. Ok it does good things but a big majority of the toys and clothes etc she collects will end up in landfill. She does it to boost her profile, everything else is a bonus. She's a dose and it's only worse she's getting. Building a monstrosity of a house in the middle of a recession is madness so it's clear she's not paying for most it or worrying about interest rates like the majority of her followers. She's so far from relatable these days.

I think there are people a lot more wealthy than Caroline, she’s not responsible for solving the cost of living crisis

She should definitely be more transparent that her new house is an advertisement though

The charity work takes some effort and organising, so fair play to her

I wonder how these insta famous children are going to navigate the teenage years, it’s a lot to deal with strangers knowing all about you etc

She should definitely be more transparent. Have you seen all the size of the white “#ad” in her last post, set against the clouds. Why feel the need to hide it?
