And, not wanting to derail the thread away from the sheer delight that is CH, it speaks volumes about how cynical/bandwagon jumping and downright hypocritical all these brands are about supporting issues (mental well-being, anti-bullying, sisterhood yada, yada, yada) on their social media etc... or maybe I’m just really naive

Honestly do not understand anyone taking advice from Caroline Hirons. She looks a mess. If that is what you aspire to then frankly you need to get out more. She also has the temperament of a nightclub bouncer.
I used to enjoy her opinion, but as others have said, she’s become grotesque in her rage and untrustworthy in her recommendations.
The cheek filler has gone too far, to the point of creating a joker’s mouth, and she has to bin all those neon tops - fluro yellow does no favours to hair the colour of battery acid.

Apologies if these have been posted and I missed them, I haven’t read everything on this thread, but I got an email from Debenhams Beauty featuring Caroline and her top picks for “glowing skin” accompanied by these photos. They are quite honestly the worst photos I’ve ever seen. She literally looks like Kim Woodburn??? These photos are such a bad advertisement for the products. Jesus Christ. And they’re obviously photos she’s taken herself for the project. Can she not see how terrible they are, or is she that conceited? And she’s most likely been paid for this, could she not have put in a bit more effort??

She’s an Instagram sales woman who has made a very successful career making women believe she is an authority on skin care by buying the products she’s paid to promote.
