Since when has the cost of a product ever stopped her from recommending them - Sunday Riley aren’t exactly cheap and neither are Kate Somerville, and several others I could mention. More likely Tata just stopped the money train.

She's recommend May Lindstrom and Vintner's Daughter before and both are even more expensive than Tata Harper. 
She used to promote Tata Harper products at lot- I mean a lot- on her blog, so that’s interesting. I agree that the gravy train has stopped.
I judged her initially until commenters started pointing out her age. Facebook was new when I turned 18 and I’m so glad that all I have to show for my life at that age are some drunken photos buried at the bottom of my Facebook profile. If Instagram and tiktok had been around when I was younger I would have so much to cringe over

She did a live with routine of before and now. The big difference was now she uses skin and me or dematica and therefore doesn't use as many products. Why is she selling the kits with so many products she doesn't even use due to the fact she uses these new prescription services?

I thought she was specifically talking about not using acid so much as she is on tret in the live. She also said she was doing a lot of testing of new product for the kits.
She also said in one of her lives that she doesn't talk so much about Tata Harper now as it is expensive but she still likes the product. I'm not saying she doesn't review expensive skincare but I have felt that recently she is generally talking about more affordable products and brands than she used to.
With regards to the kits I feel she has made a bit of a rod for her own back. I completely get her wanting and needing to milk the cash cow of her brand whilst she can. Look at some of the other big influencers from the early days who haven't diversified their content, lots of people recycling the same old crap they have done 20x over.
I think she would like to start her own brand but this is very costly so she would need funds to start up and I think she wouldn't want an investor as she would want complete control of the products. This wouldn't be something like Niomi Smart's new "line" Smart Skin. The kits bring in funds to allow her to potentially start this process.
I do think some of her followers have issues with spending money on skincare but that is their issue not hers. If she didn't release kits etc they would spend the money on something else. She did say in one of her lives that she doesn't want people to go into debt or have money problems buying skincare and she doesn't want people who can't afford the outlay to buy her kits. Look at a lot of the old beauty community on youtube who bought every single eyeshadow palette and then declutter them a few months later barely used because they have too much. No-one forces them to buy these things it is compulsion.
I saw her on Instagram for the first time in a long time and I was genuinely shocked by her appearance. WTF has happened to her cheeks?
I do think her skin looks good though. Unless its the ring light.

Her skin does look amazing. When she did that cleansing live, her cheeks went a little pink but her skin was just as glowing and even as it was before. So even though she used a bit of concealer etc her skin is really good. That can't all be botox! Not a fan of the fillers though.
I think her skin looks like old tanned leather. I don’t know why anyone would take advice from her. Her cheeks are laughable with all that filler. Her skin on IGTV and her skin on This Morning are two different things. She tries to show herself in a good light on IGTV.
