Okay, judge-y me here, but I can’t quite fathom being an adult and not eating veg? Especially if you’re raised four children. Surely she’s eaten veg over the years to model it as a healthy habit for her kids?
Well, if she doesn't eat veg it explains why, despite having access to all the skincare known to womankind, her skin doesn't look terribly healthy.
She claims to have ADHD and was diagnosed/got stimulant medication for it while she was writing her book. I have ADHD, I was diagnosed as a child. Of course, stimulant medication would have helped her finish her book. It helps students finish their dissertations, even if they don’t have it. I call these people posh junkies, perhaps wrongly and that’s my judgement coming out. I don’t take stims anymore. I chose to just live wild. But I see a lot of people that pay for a diagnosis and get ADHD medication and LOVE how buzzy and energised it makes them feel. Big X. If ADHD medication makes you feel buzzy and energised, it’s not for you. It just makes your head quiet and functional.

I feel I should clarify what I meant there by posh junkies, as they sounds really horrendous reading it back. If you have ADHD, the stimulant medication will NOT make you feel buzzy/energised/like you're taking a stimulant. It will simply make you feel 'normal' - whatever normal is. If you don't have ADHD and are taking stimulant medication because you enjoy how it feels, that's what I meant. You could quite easily be taking street amphetamine and get the same result. These people just pay for it on prescription and so it makes them feel less like they're taking drugs, when essentially that's what they're doing. I don't know if I'm making sense. I don't know if CH truly does have ADHD. The way she gesticulates, quite possibly, but I still think it's a bit suspect.
