Has she ever actually said she doesn't like K Beauty though? I do remember she said she didn't like snail mucus products and that blew up but I don't think she specifically mentioned anything about Korea.

I found this on her website:

"Thirdly: If your response was ‘you’re denigrating Eastern culture and you just don’t understand’ – ERM NO. Let’s just nip that nonsense in the bud right now shall we? I was talking about one ingredient. I embrace a lot of Eastern routines when it comes to skincare (I actually cannot believe I feel the need to make this clear but that’s the f’ing internet for you), most famously the long-term use of multi-stepped routines, essences, layering etc. And I specifically said the trend started in South America.
I don’t like Clarisonics, washing my face in the shower or foam face washes, never have done, I don’t get ‘OMG you’re denigrating American culture and you must also hate electronic toothbrushes.’"

Yes she said in one of the IG lives she did, when people asked her about some k beauty products, she said something like "they're probably fine, but honestly I'm not too bothered with them, I'm not big on trends".

What people like Caroline Hirons, Trinny Woodall and Sali Hughes need to understand is, they really don't know the industry on an international scale as much as they think they do. The Korean beauty industry had been going for decades before it started to blow up in the western worlds in recently thanks to social media. There are various tiers and categories of brands in Korea just like in US and Europe. Just because you don't know or aren't getting paid by these brands, doesn't mean they don't exist.

Are Indeed Labs suing her? I'm sure I heard her mention them and keeping quiet on legal advice...
I think the opposite. They had her logo beside the hydraluron on their website ( the same product that she nicknamed Hironsluron, and also was in the Winter Kit) and she mentioned on the freaks group that they shouldn't have it there as her "logo and name are trademarked" and her "lawyer is on it".

But CH has commented and said the dents in the bags aren’t damaged and will bounce back because they’re neoprene. ... I’d still be pissed.

I used to really like CH when she just had her blog and started doing YouTube. Now like people here have said, she's like a cult leader. Her freaks group is descending into squalor, and if you disagree with anything there then you're a horrible person. Basic skincare concerns don't even get answered because there are massive threads about unrelated crap. There was a reminder put out that it should just be about skincare so some gay guy created several posts regarding anal bleaching (under the pretext of he could use skincare ingredients at home) and now we appear to have descended into hair removal in areas that really I've no desire to even think about. But if you disagree that it should be there you're not woke enough, your -phobic or -ist (take your pic), and you should just ignore it. Maybe just watch her hour long "Public Service Broadcasts" on Instagram instead. FFS. Annoys me that I ever engage but some of the people there seem really nice (and genuinely could do with the help).

Same. People saying "its not CH fault". Eh, if it was packaged well enough it wouldn't have happened in transit? I mean there is only so much you can blame on other people before saying, hold on maybe this wasn't best practice for shipping and packing this product.

For a £30 bag, I’d expect a lot more to be honest. But all hail HRH - that’s what they call her.
Gag. Cringe. Honk.

I'd be so annoyed if something like that arrived damaged - and does neoprene 'bounce back'?! Depends on the kind of dent I would imagine... can't believe people are ok with this.
