I think they’re all bombarding the comments section on the Instagram post as there’s loads of comments saying we know who this is about and you’re being passive aggressive and a bully yourself! I bet they don’t even follow the Doc, they’ll have just gone over there to give her the treatment.

It'll be war if Caroline responds.

I see the freaks are on the rampage. I would rather take advice from a qualified dermatologist than a glorified beauty counter sales person whose advice flip flops depending on who's paying her. The freaks treat caroline as if she's the messiah and the best thing since sliced bread.

Well said. That group is so cringey at the best of times.

ETA the facebook post has been zapped by the look of it

Full price at Space NK 🙄 That’s the first time I’ve seen a book at full price in years.

Christ! Who's paying £20 + P&P from SpaceNK for a printed out blog?? It's down to £7.50 on Amazon, not sure if this was always the case.

I'm shocked at the Drs post to be honest, I actually think its pretty unprofessional as it is clearly having a dig at someone. Honestly I think she is looking to create drama to raise her profile which is really sad.

Yes trust has to be earned but as a Dr she should be giving people specific advice on their skin conditions. CH is giving general advice on products and who they might be suitable for. A lot of people recommend double cleansing and eye cream, the flannel comment gives away that it is a dig at CH.

I would be shocked if a Dr actually recommended make up wipes to someone except in the odd situation where someone has a health issue which stops them washing their fave properly or you are at a festival with no access to water.

I think it's really disappointing to see someone who is supposed to be professional stop to this level. I'd have more respect if she said stop listening to generic advice given by bloggers and see a dermatologist.

I'm no fan of Hirons but I'd be inclined to agree @Libertine1975 - this Dr Natalia is not exactly coming up smelling of roses herself, she is also coming across as drama hungry

I saw her post earlier and thought the same. She (Dr) doesn’t need to do this and I am questioning her motives. Seems like a thinly veiled attempt to reach a ready made wider audience. I’m not a fan of CH but the Dr isn’t showing much professionalism here - especially when you put it in context of her live and other insta posts on this. I’m sure as a Dr it drives her up the wall with regards to the advice and messaging that some beauty gurus / influencers put out there but it’s not that big of a deal is it? Flannel v Wetwipe face off 🤣 give me strength.

I'm on the fence. I agree with the Dr's point which may be skewing my view I guess.

I agree in principle with her point about the selling aspect, but it’s her approach to this that is a bit fishy to me. I’m getting the feeling she has something to gain in provoking an argument.

I might have missed something but the only time I've heard her mention the lack of Korean skincare she discusses she said it was because it wasn't easily accessible in the UK. Can't remember when this was but Korean brands are more easily available now than a few years ago.

Honestly, she changes her mind with the wind 🙄🙄

I’m same as you all. I agree with the Doc’s points, but I think she’s after drama, trying to make a name for herself in the online sphere.

She made a post a couple of weeks back where she invited influencers to have a conversation with her and it fell really flat - Hirons completely ignored it. If this is her way of trying to get her attention I’m not sure it’ll work either. If she keeps poking the bear though she’ll get bitten, big time I suspect. Although she’s a doctor and the one with all the professional qualifications, in the influencer world where she’s playing now, that’s Hirons home turf, and there’ll only be one winner.

Dr Speirings has done a story on Instagram to address all the commotion. She did look a bit flustered, but she came across pretty genuine imo. She claims it wasn’t directed at one particular influencer, and she encourages you to question everyone who tells you to do something, including herself, and ask for evidence that products work, be sceptical of adverts, affiliates etc. I think she’s taken aback at the vitriol she’s received.

I call BS on that especially as she has specifically mentioned Caroline multiple times before.

Essentially she's just another IG drama queen but with more qualifications than CH

I still think she’s trying to make a name for herself. I reckon she got a shock at how quickly things can can get nasty out there!

I wouldn’t fancy a load of Hirons freaks turning up to inundate me with aggressive comments. But, she should’ve thought of that before she posted. Surely she knew it would look like a dig at Hirons even if she genuinely didn’t intend it that way.

The Dr knew she would get backlash what a load of horseshite. She was clearly talking about CH, the flannel comment was the thing thati knew made it directed to her. CH is the one person I can think of who had said they only use flannels.

I think there is a general consensus in the skincare world that if you wear make up and/or SPF you should double cleanse and I think generally most advocate using an eye cream.

Honestly she just seems desperate to get some insta fame by starting drama, grow up.

Now who is going to tell me what the issues are with CH and Jameela and Susan Yara (apart from the Naturium tit and disagreeing with her about eyecream).

What I will say, isn’t this stuff Korean? I’m certain we’ve discussed previously that she’s voiced her disdain, or perhaps that’s harsh so I’ll say indifference, for Korean skincare in the past. But obviously now they’re paying her... this brand is just the ticket for your skin at this time of year! 😡
Just don't trust anymore...too many ADs and flogging product after product. ..quite mindless. ..when does she test..form an opinion. .share that opinion. .. It's been years ... since a decent regular video of any category. .. the last was the retinol series from last year... Not lucrative anymore. .shes just become a saleswoman selling kits ..become a brand in herself ..Which is fine ..you've worked hard ...Make your money while you can ..family to support... elder boy works for her ... i think... gorgeous new baby hes got ... 2nd son no clue ...some balance to what bought you here . .. but nope..For being a qualified aesthetician when was the last time she did a facial. .. That's not lucrative either. .. hopefully the so called freaks... i somehow dont like that tag ... feels sinister wake up n realise the reality... i feel sorry for all the new followers. .there's no direction ...just one product after another... n dont forgot she herself is using prescription Tret!

I watched some of Dr Natalia's videos and I can't warm to her. That being said, it's rich that Caroline is accusing her of loving the drama. How many people/ brands has Caroline "come for"?

I'd tend to agree with this. As has been pointed out, Dr Natalia is simply the better qualified one
Who is Dr. Natalia and what is her channel? And I don't follow Caroline, I think she's annoying and talks too much.

I liked some of Dr Dray's advice, but I think she is doing too much ads and affiliate links. So I only click on her videos when I think the information is beneficial to me. I also follow other dermatologists and one in particular doesn't do ad or affiliate links. It's Dr. Davin Lim!
