She’s bleeping awful. Unprofessional and unfriendly.

I would LOVE it if someone quoted her own group rules back at her....rule number one...Don’t be a fool, Caroline.

HOW has she been so fortunate in life to have a husband as laid back and lovely as Jim appears?! She’s awful.

She’s a bleeping horrible person. What on earth was offensive about that poor woman’s post? She was simply saying that she’s happy in her own skin. And then when someone dares to ask her she has a go at them too!

I think she’s got a massive chip on her shoulder for some reason, and has become overly sensitive to comments around Botox, fillers etc. Her immediate reaction seemed to be that the post was directed at her.

Caroline - not everything is about you.
I think shes overly sensitive because it looks so awful and obvious. I feel like she was hoping for a subtle youthful effect but she looks like shes been sculpted from playdoh. Her immediate reaction is to attack anyone who dares mention it!

I agree completely. Just because she may feel she’s gone too far or whatever with her own face, there’s no need to take it out on everyone else. She was a right fool to that poster on her group. She needs to have a word with herself.

Also interesting that today shes calling out Next for slagging off beauty brands but she has a whole list of brands she refuses to review and gives many reasons- effectively slagging them off because she doesnt like them or agree with how they operate. Pot. Kettle.

She's so freaking rude to her followers. Why bother replying if it clearly irritates you so much? Just shut off comments and be done with it. Didn't even answer the question she was asked🙄

What was it the guy at Drunk Elephant said that caused the falling out, something about her "abject hostility". Seems pretty spot on to be fair.

The Drunk Elephant bloke was spot on in his analysis of CH, it was truly a delicious moment when she spectacularly blew her top. For her to defend herself by then saying she’s not confrontational was a master class in denial.

"No bad advice...100% at Caroline's discretion."

Whoa a censored forum. What a friendly place!

Omg her comment to that woman - horrible. I'm impressed some others stood up to her as her usual response to that is 'it's my group and if you don't like it just duck off' (I genuinely have seen that).
Also fairly mean of her as I imagine she hoped it might cause a pile on of the woman, as some of her fans are ferocious if Queen Caroline tells them what to do.

I would say that she is overly sensitive because she heralds good skincare as being all you need but has herself moved onto to using botox and fillers on her aging skin.

This is the number one thing that I cannot get my head around with this woman.
She is supposed to be the ultimate skincare queen but has some of the worst aesthetic/cosmetic work done on her face that I have ever seen! Which then goes hand in hand with her consistently bad hair.

That's it - sometimes it feels mean commenting on her looks but it really is commenting on the bad choices she had made re her face. Can't she see how hard it is for people to trust her recommendations on anything around beauty when her own judgement in that area is so flawed?

I brought her book, mainly because it was in asda for a tenner and I wanted to see what it was like 😂

As someone who doesnt really have a 'proper' skincare routine I did find some of the information useful. Is it the best thing I've ever read? No. Can I find the information on her blog if I look hard enough? Probably.

the one thing I don't agree with is the self righteousness that most 'influencers' tend to have nowaways, if you dont worship the ground they work on they have an issue.

I did piss myself at the nickleback stories with jim though, mainly because its something I'd do to my OH :censored:

That's the thing, I don't care that she's had work done, I don't care if she had botox and lifts. I actually want her to have more work done and sort out those eye bags. What puzzles me is that the work she's had done makes her look worse than before and has aged her (in my opinion).

Maybe she realises herself and that's why she's so snippy and defensive about it.

Jim is a Saint.

She slags off sheet masks but is using one in an old vlog. Hypocrite. I think she needs to step away for a bit and reevaluate her brand.

The hair is dreadful. It’s like straw. She needs a good restyle and colour change.

It feels mean commenting on her face but IMO the line of work she is in she kind of opens herself up to it. If she came across as a bit of a nicer person then I would feel bad ;)

Exactly. I do not care that she has had procedures done. It is the fact that she has had these done and doesn’t look better for it. It isn’t so difficult to go and have the work reversed and redone elsewhere. Going by the work she has had done I imagine she has gone into one of those clinics where you tell them what you want and they do it regardless of whether it will look good or not.

Yes. So I wonder if it hits a raw nerve, thereby triggering the horrible responses to posts on her forum.

You’d think, with Caroline’s connections, she would have access to the best in the business. I don’t know if she’s ever disclosed who did her ‘work’, but, as others have said previously, not a good advertisement. I can’t understand why you’d continue with such treatments when they clearly aren’t successful? As you say, poor judgement. Or perhaps peer / industry pressure?

I don't follow CH on social media - not my cup of tea - but I do very occasionally dip into her content. In an IG story (I think) a few months ago, she mentioned being treated by a particular cosmetic doctor. I noticed the name because it was a doctor who had treated me in the past. I won't mention the name but it is a well-qualified doctor who has worked for several years within a cosmetic practice that has a very good reputation. I doubt the doctor would have lasted long at that practice if they had not generally been producing good results and satisfied customers.

ETA: I'm not familiar enough with CH's face to have a view as to whether she looks better or worse following cosmetic procedures.

Why can’t you name the doctor?

Not quite sure why I choose not to. Seems a bit unfair. I mention it just to say that she did go to someone whom I think would be considered reputable and who I think would generally do good work.
