Isn’t “Dr” Ateh Jewel’s doctorate honorary? The lot of them are shady.
I've never heard of Ateh Jewel but let's not libel Dr Bunting by association. She's definitely a qualified medical doctor, worked as senior registrar in dermatology for a number of years, just (for whatever reason - she's going to put a positive spin on that isn't she) didn't complete the higher training which would allow her to use the protected title Consultant Dermatologist, and is therefore not on the specialist register for dermatology. There are 3 actual Consultant Dermatologists who work in her clinic (sad to see that Hirons has also roped one of them in, Dr Emma Wedgeworth).

This is really sad. If you take it at face value, this is someone who's made a turnaround in their life and they want to give the credit to a woman they don't know who wouldn't piss on them in a fire unless she could monetise it rather than to their own efforts. And if you read it as a made up beg, then that's sad too - fanfic for The Queen to coddle her huge ego. But why? I just don't get it.
The fan girling from the event is nauseating. Half expected many of them to burst into hysterical sobs when the exalted one appeared. Some of her guests went down like a damp squib though. Baggers trying to be comical on her entrance was super cringey.
