I didn't think it couldWill the trial still go ahead does anyone know?
if it does, I hope they give it some time out of respect of her family

I thought table/benches etc would be fastened to to floor in police stations/interview rooms for safety reasonsI don’t know, I wasn’t there.
There are a lot of ‘why’ questions about the whole thing that none of us know the answers to. That’s my point.
It didn't go to court so you have no idea how it could or would of turned out...The same people who are slating "trolls" and the media, are the same ones going to Lewis and Andrew, saying horrible things to them.
Why is it that abuse and bullying are okay if it is women doing it to men?
Why are we being told to #bekind when all of this started because she didnt think about her consequences before she acted?
I do think the loss of life is sad. It's pretty clear Caroline was screwed up. It's even sadder that she apparently has all this support, but none of it there when it mattered.
Yes she was vulnerable, but does that mean she should get off with a slap on the wrist for what is actually a very serious charge? No. If it was a male, women would be playing the feminist card begging for justice.
One in six men will be a victim of domestic abuse. Not that much different to the one in four women. Treat it the same. Abuse is abuse.
Funny how you use Barrymore as an example considering the numerous times ITV has tried to resurrect his career - most recently on DOIThe fact that the cps were still pushing forward with the case despite the boyfriends reluctance to press charges shows there was more than enough evidence to prosecute. All these people talking about ITV leaving her out to dry but what would the response be if Love Island and ITV had turned a blind eye to it? And where was their outrage when she lost her job at the time? Fact is, she was done for domestic violence and the fact that she’s a woman doesn’t mean shit. Stephanie Davis and Malin Anderson coming out all guns blazing and yet these are the same women who were also in abusive relationships and have posted photos of their injuries. The likes of Michael Barrymore didn’t get to keep their job, why should Caroline Flack? It’s devastating that she felt that desperate she would take her own life but all these celebs posting photos and spouting about what a kind soul she was, where were they in her darkest hour? No doubt distancing themselves from the negative media surrounding her court case.
No it hasn’t been released yet. It was only announced today and will be released at the end of April. She released her biography already. Storm in a C cup. People will no doubt buy this but only to get the gossip on what happened that night, not because they are I terested or wanting to understand her.
I am calm luv, very calm actually that’s my nature, I just found your comment insulting to her memory , an tbh i don’t listen to the news much unless it involves the environment and I don’t read newspapers so won’t be sitting round waiting to see any results of a toxicology report , be blessedIt’s very obvious to me, look at her eyes- pupils and a glazed expression. I wasn’t insulting to her at all, calm down. If she had drug issues that doesn’t make her a bad person, if they do a toxicology report we’ll find out won’t we.
I didn’t think it was as long as 5 hours thought her friend just popped to the shop (15mins) I read but I could be wrongI just can’t fathom how she was left alone in a highly vulnerable state for 5 hours after a suicide attempt the night before.
That makes no sense to me.
That Makes more sense thank you , I’m reading plenty of stuff saying she flipped the table in the police station will we ever know.. I doubt it, sad situation all roundThe way it read to me in the press it sounded like she flipped a table at home when arrested and then they restrained her on the ground when arresting her. In the flat where the dv took place... could be wrong but that’s what I figured. Again assumption it just read that way to me.
Excuse me???Yeah those are details even the police couldn’t know for sure. Even the boyfriend ,if he was asleep! The order of events that night which the whole trial was going to be about. I think you’ve over stretched your credibility.
I think her PT’s sisterSorry Who?
I believe the other flat was sold. There were 2 flats in the same building.Yes, the pink door house in the one in Islington when the 'incident' with Lewis happened.
It seems the house was put on the market in September. But then there is conflicting information. Someone on here said it was sold (there is definitely a sold sign on one of the photos I've seen) but Mail Online are saying she took it off the market to rent out when she lost the LI gig which would indicate it hadn't sold and she was still living there.
So I don't know. But what does seem clear now is that she was living in a rental in Stoke Newington when she died.

She did hang herselfParamedics would still be required to confirm death in the event of a hanging. Or any death, no matter how obvious.
My mistake i didnt think you were allowed to.You can most definitely leave the country whilst on bail. This isn’t America![]()
I couldn’t believe that Duncan Barkes in BBC London gave airtime to this last night. The producers need to do more in depth research into her (Stephanie) history of DV.She's feasting on it all and loving the attention. Why does she say she's going to parliament? She's dreaming of the press she'll get going to Westminster and all the interviews she's booking thanks to this.
It was rumoured that they had a fling ........Just read on a thread that she was an ex of Prince Harry.
What happened?Poor joe he was almost sick bless him
I know that, I meant the part of them saying she was unresponsive. My friends a GP and she said that an overdose or self harm, they would check for a response as death would be reached at different points whereas a hanging is instant death and you know by the conditions if the hanging has worked and therefore no need to check for a response in the way you would an overdose etc.Paramedics would still be required to confirm death in the event of a hanging. Or any death, no matter how obvious.
I think you've misunderstood my posts.I’m talking about this new biography on the back of her death. I just can’t believe anyone would want to cash in on it. Gross.
Yeah I’m sure if she hadn’t sadly taken her own life, she’d have been to seek legal advice over what was printed etc.And this is what I've been thinking about.
It would have been a high profile case, simply because it was Caroline Flack. How was she ever going to get a fair trial after the press had already reached their own conclusions and were publishing "facts" of the case already.
There's a thing on Instagram #carolineslaw and a petition to prevent the media from publishing names of celebs due in court or charges against them until its been to court and a decision made to prevent trolling and abuse of the person in question.
