I’ve read before that it’s quite easy to get to the top of a random amazon list, just based on the fact that on an average day people aren’t buying that many of ANY book. People will be buying lots of different books of course, but unless there’s a big bestseller not many of the SAME book.
If you look at the number two book - guns, germs and steel - I’ve read that book and it must be a decade old and quite a nice science topic. I really can’t imagine more than ten copies being brought on an average day, so I’m not convinced that makes her a bestseller. No doubt just like LP she will have ‘number one bestselling author’ in her bio soon.

I wonder how much she had to pay the instahuns to attend? She definitely paid for their travel and accommodation. I wonder how many would of paid out of their own pocket? Ummm...

She hasn’t done it! She’s no.1 in that obscure category but to be a bestseller she has to be No.1 in ‘books’ which she isn’t. She’s currently ranked 304 in books, so she doesn’t have a bestseller.She’s done it ,wtf is that category though? And look what number 3 is phonics
