Earlier Spotify was 3.5 on 240 reviews, surprise, surprise, it's now 4.2 from 372. She may have been upset, but I'm sure part of the sharing is to try and counter the negative reviews to get brand work. If I get criticised at work, I have to take it, learn and move on, but if anyone does that to social media 'influencers' it's deemed trolling and being a pack of wolves.
