I wouldn't have bought this for myself but I was gifted it but someone who knew i wanted it.
If you haven't seen such a thing, the page turner clips onto your kindle and manually clicks the page when you press the button of your special handhold device.

Sorry to jump in. I have a page Turner. It doesn't connect to the kindle via Bluetooth although I think you have to have Bluetooth on for it to work. They just connect to each other via Bluetooth (the clicker and the bit that attaches to the kindle) make sure the little metal dots are on your screen and just click, it should work.Elle I need your advice! No that's helpful! I bought a remote that in theory connects to the kindle bluetooth and turns the pages (without the bit attached to the kindle) after seeing a reel on IG....but the kindle won't connect to it. I think with the proper kindles (not kindle fires) it just won't work via Bluetooth as the devices aren't very sophisticated. The turned I have the little electrical pads basically mimic a finger tapping it.No that's helpful! The first one I got wouldn't connect via Bluetooth and I thought I was just being technologically incapable but it turns out you can only connect to an iPad with the Bluetooth and not an actual Kindle (definite misleading item description).I own lots of books (some may say too many books but what do they know?) though recently have found I mostly read on my kindle. I generally like to have a physical book, an audiobook and a kindle book going at once but I find myself getting through ebooks so much quicker than my physical books. I read a lot in the bath, and because my Paperwhite Signature is waterproof it's obviously the slightly safer option (my Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire still bears the results of an accidental drop into the bath many moons ago).

The one you need is one that actually clips onto the Kindle and manually taps the pages for you.

I think it would be a bit better as an audiobook, it’s definitely a chore to read!So after seeing all the hype for Daisy Jones and the Six I bought in the Kindle offers this month. I’m 30% through and it’s so dull! Does anything ever actually happen? I’m totally skim/speed reading every page as I have zero interest. Does it get better or is it all just terrible TikTok hype?
I just thought it was a bit of a non-story. Wasn't that interesting or groundbreaking in any way. Glad it’s not just me. I tend not to get sucked into Booktok recommendations as they’re generally naff and overhyped but when I saw this was 99p I thought it could be worth a shot. I’ve recently been picking up books again after a year where I read 1 book (I did have a baby and a toddler so forgive me !) and I’ve been unwell with a stomach bug the last few days and honestly reading is all that’s kept me sane . My most recent reads have been the I Am Lucy Barton series , I read all three of those in quick succession . My husband bought me a kindle for my birthday and I’ve been loving it , especially if I’m awake and he’s asleep I can read without disturbing him with a light . I’ve just finished Lucy By The Sea and I’m looking for recommendations of books of a similar ilk - character-driven , relationship-driven , well written and thought Provoking . Grateful for your recs ! Assume I’ve read nothing recent
I have some audible questions … I think I may get more “reading” done if I have audio books as an option . Just to have on while I clean the house , sort the washing out , go on walks with the buggy while my son is at nursery , etc . It’s £9.99 a month … do you just get one credit for that ? Is there a way to get more credits , or pay for books individually ? £9.99 seems a lot for just one book a month !
