Totally agree, why waste an episode on this one ? Why are they none with Brian Dowling IMO the best BB housemate of all time ? I would love to have seen the task episode where he and Bubble had to go in the garden and dance, its was brilliant or anything with Brian and Narinder
Your suspicions seem right, the performing arts company she claims to have sold for millions was actually struck off last year with £2000 in the bank. Only ever had the original hired hall down in the south which she closed when she moved to Liverpool. Doesn’t ever seem to have owned a premises for the business or taken more than 5k in a year.

But it seems suspicious to me that someone who “runs an advertising agency” wouldn’t take the opportunity to .... tell people what it’s called... in any article about them! Likely just an employee going along with his wife’s desire to seem successful. I’d also bet the “bought a house from BB” equates closer to having paid a deposit and got a mortgage, then sold the house to move up North where houses are cheaper

Good find! Oh that’s laughable - the advertising agency is actually a wholesale coffee company that hasn’t made a bean (pun) and recently came close to being struck off, his previous IT company made nothing and was struck off, his performing arts venture with Grace was also struck off, and his sole money-making company has £12k in the bank.
Also had a look at his registered business address, it’s on a small estate with a tyre fitter and MOT garage. Why do these people feel the need to pretend they are massively successful? Surely “we married and had three kids” is a decent enough story?
I recently watched that series and as good it was I cant think of any standout episodes if I'm being honest

I got the impression (maybe I was wrong mind) that Grace was from a very well off background and maybe she has inherited some money after the death of a grandparent or other close relative. Grace would never admit that she was skint or struggling and I bet she nags Mikey like anything. I thought they would be far more succesful than they are, and I know I shouldn't but I am smirking slightly.
Grace’s mum had bought her a flat in Notting Hill. So yes, her family are loaded.
And Notting Hill is far from being the cheapest area to buy a house in London

Slightly crazy that. If someone chucked a couple of hundred thousand at me I’d at least be able to have a business turning over 100k a year, even if it only made 20k. Personally I’d want to seem at least moderately successful, not pretend to have a business that sold for millions when it actually folded having never made money!

No he came second overall. I think it depended on who you liked. I was a jungle cat fan and really wanted him to lay out Marco when he was dancing about winding people up
