who gets up at 4:30am to do a run before work?! seems a little extreme imo.

And pushes herself through injury for a run…
She mentioned in a previous story that she was wanting to study again 5 months after pushing through a FT degree, shift work, part owner in a business, major health issues… she doesn’t know how to stop.

she doesnt HAVE to do it full stop?!! she doesn't HAVE to work out before work? have those two warly mornings as rest days.
she is still stuck in her ED imo, its just transferred to exercise rather than food restriction.

So she didn't deload then. Just running shorter but faster doesn't really help with decreasing the stress/impact of the run.
I saw in her stories recently that she did 100kg hip thrusts despite being post op. SMH
