So now she's going on about working online 24/7 and only monitoring her inbox for Beth's boring banal book club on Tuesday and Thursdays...for the love of god how is that 'working?' I'm clinically vulnerable, wfh as a hcp and having to set up randomised controlled drug trials for cancer patients.... funnily enough I'm able to switch off from my work and guess what Beth I don't have to post on IG about it 🙄..
oh and when I think about it , when I was your age Beth I was working full time in a busy dialysis unit, doing on call and commuting 50 miles day , rushing home to care for a 4 month old daughter who was breastfed! ( and I'd also had 2 mcs by then as well) ..aaghh she just give me the rage
Perhaps she is doing this whole "working less days" because she's pregnant again? Lily Pebbles only works certain days but that's because she has a baby to look after. I can't get my head around Beth - she constantly bangs on about having an A+ work ethic and yet, look at her - hardly any blog posts, posh voice for the Ads which will take her 5 minutes to film and despite being the big "you must declare your Ads correctly" mouth, she doesn't both putting gifted/pr sample/whatever for the kitchen.

POT KETTLE BLACK.

She’s done it to the book club because she doesn’t care, she has got people’s money and new people seem to be joining so she isn’t having a hard time getting new joiners, surely most people use the Facebook page not the email? She’s just lazy, I can’t wait to see what charity she has picked (because she can’t possibly let someone else decide)

Her face is just as smug as her attitude. I came across her mum’s Instagram yesterday. Beth is one of 4 children yet she is plastered over her mother’s ‘gram far more, and in one post is referred to as her mum’s ‘number 1 child’. No wonder she thinks she’s so important when she’s been raised like that. No sign of Beth’s fiancé on her mum’s instagram either, considering she congratulations Beth for everything on there, there’s no mention of an engagement! Ashamed?

What’s her mum’s page please?

Her history teacher / boy Beth / fiance has deleted his posts selling their SMEG fridge along with other items so she 100% must have read her or someone has told him.

I understand being private but it's like she wants him to be invisible?

Is her mums fella looking really good for his age or did I mistake him for her son?

It’s ‘essentially_hels’
Oh god her mum's a doTERRA agent ...( It's the worst of the MLM essential oil companies).....that explains a lot about our Beth - it you've not yet watched 'Unwell' on Netflix then I'd definitely recommend it - it uncovers the murky world of their unethical practices

God her blog post on weddings is so patronising. A - there is a rise in small weddings because people have no choice right now unless they postpone and B - it’s not often for more wholesome reasons as she claims, but more due to loss of money and zero payout from insurers. In the midst of a pandemic, people can’t afford to take such a loss. As for forgetting a brand who gifted her a t shirt, I find it bloody rude. She claims to be very current with the climate and cultured but she has absolutely no idea, she can’t see past the end of her own nose.

She’s also posted about looking for guest posts for her blog. A cynical part of me wonders whether or not she is paying these writers for their contributions. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt but there’s a part of me that wonders if her hypocritical self would think that giving them the platform is payment enough... this is the same girl who was plugging H&M sets a few short months ago and is now on her high horse about boycotting fast fashion.

Hi new around here. Additionally to this whole #SecondHandSeptember thing, I wholeheartedly believe it’s a good thing but considering how much she spent not that long ago on a brand new fridge just to have it a different colour to her last one I feel it’s all a bit false. Second hand September shouldn’t just be about clothing as she seems to be quoting but surely all consumer goods? And the Instagram story she posted today about choosing second hand just seems kind of preachy especially from someone who flip flops between social justice causes as long as it looks good on the gram.

100% agree. This is what winds me up most about Beth

I never comment but I just can’t with her anymore. Pretending she went travelling alone, breaking lockdown, hiding ‘boy Beth’ and just preaching and being smug all the time, I find her so fake.
I had been looking to buy from a company on Instagram, a dried bunch of flowers, she has been gifted these #prproduct 🙄🙄 I know it’s petty but I don’t want to buy them now, I’m so over influencers and their attitude, especially during this pandemic.

Did anyone notice her story about wedding invites? She’s asking her grandad to walk her down the aisle. I wonder why not her dad? Is he even around?

I think it highlighted for me, a massive issue with how companies view a paying customer and how they view an influencer. Back when this company were at the peak of peak of Instagram popularity, I tried to order a bunch for a friend who was terminally unwell. If the website didn’t kick me off when I came to pay, I’d then find they’d sold out. When the next batch came in stock, I managed to order some but waited weeks for them. By which time, my friend had sadly passed away. She never got to see them. I put it down to a very small business being massively busy amidst the pandemic and, given the circumstances, late flowers were the last thing on my mind. Once I thought about them again, I saw on Instagram that many people either couldn’t get them or were waiting up to a month like I did.
To see Beth with her gifted bunch REALLY ducked me off. I bet she didn’t have to wait like everyone else, she didn’t have to pay for them, she didn’t have an actual purpose for them other than to promote them for a business who are now absolutely massive and have made a fortune during the pandemic when many have and are, struggling to stay open - shame on the business rather than Beth on that one as they really didn’t need the exposure being as everyone who’s anyone was talking about them and I’d seen on their Instagram how many packages they were sending in one shipment, they’d have made THOUSANDS on one drop alone. Fair play to them for that part but they sold out to influencers and that rattled me so I’ll never use them again.
