I totally agree. You may not have much to loose either and those lbs become harder to loose the more you get closer to your goal weight. Ben tags his consultant in his posts as he introduces her as his consultant but I suppose she doesn’t mind as it’s a good advert for slimming world, well was 😳.

Can you imagine the atmosphere in his house on the day the winner is announced, if he doesn’t win it’s going to be like a bleeping tit storm!

Oh yes @letsmeltthatlard - you were a deserving winner Andy! You’ve been voted and won for your actual progress and interaction in your group not like that pizza sniffing beggy b! 🤦‍♀️

And yes, he broke the rules of lockdown yet again. It’s quite a distance to cycle from Rhyl to Rhos on sea. You’re supposed to exercise locally you bumder!

In wales we can’t drive for our exercise it must be walking distance from your home so that’s a heck of an achievement to walk almost 25 miles round trip!

thanks so much, means a lot. I've made the changes I have for the simple reason that I don't want to die early and leave my mrs and kids, not for £1.50 off a bleeping water bottle 🤣🤣🤣

No doubt we will shortly be subjected to another selfie brought to us by an undeclared hydr8m8 bottle ad.

and his weigh in tomorrow will be from the school of pickard, and by that i mean plucked out of thin bleeping air.

He’s just a nob, he travelled to get for exercising but he thinks the rules don’t apply to him.

Yeah, I know the rules there. I lived there for 28 years and my parents are still there:)

That’s the problem with him weighing himself at home. He can say he’s lost whatever he fancies, especially with him thinking he’s entitled to win this award! He’s not capable of being honest, he’s proved that a million times over! 🤦‍♀️. Prized wick! 🤦‍♀️
