bleeping shithead. I’ve been following this thread for maybe 6 months and he was a swollen-headed git then but he’s got even more unbearable since lockdown. He’ll have a massive sulk if he doesn’t get nominated for man of the year.There is no time limit from what I can see however exercise is meant to be carried out local to home , i really do question if he's staying local plus exercise is meant to start and finish from home which is another grey area as the other day he cycled to another area to go hiking , now yes he didnt drive but he did travel by bike and again not staying local , hes not massively breaking the rules but at the same time not really sticking to them either
Funny that the award is this week and he's posting more than he has done in months in his groups fb page and he's clicking like on others posts ,ive not seen him do that before, its almost as though he's jogging memories that he's there

I was in bed watching HP the other day and it finally hit me, I know now who his ratty little eyes and creepy eyebrows remind me of:

Not that I'm aware of , I tended to go to the earlier walk in group and if I did happen to go to the later one I just weighed and went

You should have a subtle word with your Consultant about how it's unfair if someone has won before they shouldn't win again..... was he at target when he won last time ? If so he's actually gained not lost which would be grossly unfair on other male members - he sounds like he's full on 'charm' offensive with your group members to get himself voted for - what a smary, two faced bleep...... !
You shouldn’t be eligible to be voted or win man of the year/woman of the year if you have gained weight! I mean, we could all put 2 stone on over Christmas and then loose a bit and then gaining another 2 stone - surely you should feel inspired by the winner, what’s inspirational about that?! He’s not even been honest about his gains, so it can’t even be argued that he’s “honest about his struggles”. If he is voted or even wins it will be purely down to begging for votes or just winning because he’s the only man in his group!

Hmmm... looking at his comments I have a niggling he is in a comment group. When I used to have a small business a lot of orders were generated through Instagram. So to boost engagement a few other small shops and I had a group through the Instagram direct messaging. We would send 2 of our posts to the group a day and the rest of the group would all like and comment on the post, to boost engagement. If you look at the comments most are quite generic. ‘Lovely photo’ ‘wow’ ‘stunning’ ‘amazing photo.’ Especially if you look at slimmingworld_welshguy’s comments, they’re all very generic. However IF they are in a group as such they’re doing it wrong 
Comments have to be a certain ‘way’ so to speak. I won’t say what as we all know YOU (Ben) read so I’m not going to give you tips.

And yes, he broke the rules of lockdown yet again. It’s quite a distance to cycle from Rhyl to Rhos on sea. You’re supposed to exercise locally you bumder!

To be honest most of the awards slimming world give out are a joke in my opinion, when its down to the members of a group to decide who gets it then its usually down to who goes to group that day and greatest loser is the person who lost the most amount of weight since joining so doesn't matter if youve not lost anything in that 12 months or even if youve gained as long as your overall total weight loss is the highest you'll be awarded, in my opinion that is so wrong and unfair on other membersYou shouldn’t be eligible to be voted or win man of the year/woman of the year if you have gained weight! I have a friend who refuses to accept it now as yes she's lost a shed load of weight but she's mainly been maintaining for years now.
The computer should wipe the slate clean and award the person with the biggest loss in the 12 months
They have quite a few awards. Man/woman of the year, is for whoever you think has been the most inspiring throughout the year. Not who's lost the most weight. So for example, there was a woman in my group who was a bit loud, but went with quite a few friends. Then there was a woman who went on her own, but she gave good food ideas and inspired you. Yes the hobby one won.
Greatest looser you dont vote, that goes to whoever has lost the most weight since starting but it's from who in group that night or the night before.
Mr/miss slinky, is whoever you think looks the most 'slinky' that you vote on.
I personally don't like any of them and I think there fixed by who's the favourite. I have won one in the past but I honestly think it was a sympathy vote, cause I had a sob story and no one ever spoke to me

I never used to stay for any of the awards nonsense lol. Leader would say “next week we will all be voting for Miss Slinky!!” And I used to think, no I won’t be lol. All too cringe for me. Now, if the prize was a free 12 week countdown, or all the cook books etc, I’d have been all over it, but I wasn’t in it for a certificate

I always kept myself to myself. The class gob rit would lose a pound and everyone would be all over her. I’d just sit in the corner with my 5lbs loss and think whatever!!

I was a SW member many years a go and always was quite confused as to why they have all these awards. Surely everyone’s efforts and achievements should be congratulated equally. I know they give out stone/half stone awards but surely, if you’re sat there proud of your loss but your modest and on the other side of the group you’ve got someone like beggy b Ben, who I would assume tells any fucker that will listen about his journey then.... you’ve not really got a chance really have you and you’re going to feel down on your achievements even though you should feel god damn proud!
When I went, I remember people being upset if they weren’t nominated, people questioning why some people were nominated and then people getting upset and kicking off if they were nominated but didn’t win! I mean, how great is that for group morale

.I agree. Someone could have struggled to lose 10lbs and losing that can be a huge personal goal/achievement for them but it’s belittled as SW seem to give the bigger losers the accolades.Sounds like it’s a “if you’re face fits” kind of thing.
