He seems to go trough a lot of trouble for the sake of 300 likes per post. How anyone can stand there, in the kitchen for an hour cooking a breakfast for the sake of likes on the gram is beyond me. A quick bleeping bowl of porridge will do me thx.
also why buy all these sauces so you Can get send some for free. Defeats the object of being gifted diarrhoea induced Crap.

Are the two things connected? I think we should be told.

A selfie where he isn’t even looking at the camera with a stupid grin on his face. 100% he loves himself but I’m always confused as to why 🤷‍♀️

He’s as fake as those artificial bleeping sauces he keeps ramming down everyone’s necks. He’s probably gazing at his tank wall, that’s what he’s smiling at the daft fucker! 🤢. I think he’s always thought he is gorgeous, even before he lost any weight 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

There is no time limit from what I can see however exercise is meant to be carried out local to home , i really do question if he's staying local plus exercise is meant to start and finish from home which is another grey area as the other day he cycled to another area to go hiking , now yes he didnt drive but he did travel by bike and again not staying local , hes not massively breaking the rules but at the same time not really sticking to them either

Funny that the award is this week and he's posting more than he has done in months in his groups fb page and he's clicking like on others posts ,ive not seen him do that before, its almost as though he's jogging memories that he's there 🤣

Yeah, he’s trying to make people think it’s not all about him (for a change!) when in actual fact, it is all about him as he just wants their vote, he doesn’t give a duck what they’ve had for tea or their successes 🤷‍♀️
