If you've had it once I don't think it's fair that he should get it again - plus from what we've seen he's hardly been to class since Christmas and has gained - that is very unfair to anyone else doing the plan properly..... even if there is another bloke who has only lost a couple stone - if he's done it since Christmas then he deserves it ... not that beggy cunt Ben...... ! He's only bigging up his mum and sister for the votes/likes making everything think he's some kind of fucking saint ! He never usually even acknowledges his sisters comments on his page and she is always really sweet and nice and says she's proud of him.... he really is an obnoxious, narcissistic cunt !

I’ve been looking at photos of Ben (I’ll get counselling later) and I’ve noticed how false his smile is. It doesn’t reach his eyes, I’m sure that’s a sign of insincerity. And his virtue signalling when he’s giving to charity is further proof, not that it’s needed.
Anyhow, did he weigh in today? His batch cooking and bulk buying from SW must mean he’s on plan.

If he did weigh in he didn't mention it in our groups fb group, other than posting a selection of meals he's enjoyed he's not commented on anything!
He's a real supportive part of the group ,not !!

What really fucks me off is the fact that he hasnt posted a weigh in for easily 3 months now...
He has no excuse at all either, He cannot blame lockdown even though that will be the reason when he posts another pity post.

In the last few months, We had the absolute nightmare of having to move house, I now live absolutely nowhere near my group, but still, every tuesday I travel to my group (until lockdown started) because it means a lot to me, I have made friends there and they help me and I help them enormously..
No way without their help would I have been able to get where I am and I know if I changed groups it would totally throw me off...

Lockdown isn't an excuse ben... I'm proof of that, You carry on sniffing your pizzas, and I'll be over here still working hard and hopefully inspiring at least one person....but Oh yeah...you warn people off me

What I don't understand is if so many followers how come his posts don't get that many likes or comments?
And I really don't see what's inspirational about his posts , there's no character or entertainment in anything, just a bunch of staged photos or childish shaped food recently

Simple... bots can't interact the way humans do. You can buy likes too... Not sure if he knows that

When you see it like that you realise what an absolute fucking joke it all is....... that recent pic shows he's piled it on - I actually have no issue with the fact he's put loads of weight on - I've done it.... it's the underhand, deceitful, lying, cheating ways and conning all his followers by pretending to be Mr Perfect - 2 weigh ins (on his own scales!) since February..... He's full of absolute shit....... !!

I actually think he is trying to prove a point after he’s read on here that we know he’s trying it on with other women.



He lived in Stoke for some time.

100% that’s exactly what he’s doing! It’s like when he says “family favourite dinner” that’s him trying to convince everyone he’s a family man. His kids don’t like those shitty meals he makes, they want fish fingers and chips sometimes (like most kids!) but he doesn’t allow that as he can’t trust himself as he can’t just snif it and eat his own meal - he’s proved that, when he inhaled that pizza but showed his bullshitting ways and lied about it!

He ignores his sister on insta constantly, she comments on his posts and he doesn’t even acknowledge her! Like they say, actions speak louder than words and his actions are piss poor! He only put the photos of his mum and sister on the other day to try and support his win for man of the year! He didn’t just put one of just his sister and his mum on though, he was in EVERY single one! .

His sister seems to have lost a similar amount of weight to him but you wouldn’t even know he had a fucking sister because he only seems to mention her when it suits him. I’ve said “when it suits him” a few times.... I see a pattern emerging here!

That turned into a rant BUT, I’m passionate about these facts

I would never reach out to anyone like that the way they were acting in there video shows they have no understanding of what they are talking about. Imagine going to Ben for support and advice id rather poke my eyes out

Right just catching up , I’ve just watched that so called mental health awareness video and am fucking seething, in my eyes they are making a fuckin mockery of people with mental health issues, yep I get the reaching out to talk to someone With a call which I think is the crux of it but not one of my friends ring we up and screams waasssssssuuuuuppppppp down the line at me , why would they, ring up and say hi , just checking in to see how you are, hi buddy how are ya ......all the sort of things my friends say When they check in with me about my mental health, pricks

Is there any need for him to include his ‘childhood’ issues like his parents divorce? I just don’t agree with during your dirty laundry in public.
He’s surely able to have the operation now he’s lost weight so why hasn’t he cracked on and got himself a new job. I don’t believe a wrist injury stops you being able to have ANY job.
As someone who really suffers with their mental health it’s frustrating when people use it as an excuse - I’ve had more time off work due to it but I still work.

Exactly this! My other half has severe depression and anxiety. But he still works. There was a point for 2 months he couldn’t work, but he was that low he didn’t even get out of bed. He had no interest in exercise and he definitely didn’t have an interest in social media, just sleep. As soon as he felt relatively ‘normal’ he was looking for a job right away.

I hate it when people use mental health as an excuse for laziness when I’ve seen people at their lowest. Plus there’s plenty of non physical occupations. If he can ride a bike, putting pressure on his wrists I’m pretty sure he can do some physical work.
