A lot in wales think the new rules started when they were announced on Thursday but they don’t come into effect until Monday apparently
Are the rules in Wales different to England then ? Boris is only addressing everyone tomorrow evening ?

He wants that group man of year award.

god help us if he gets it.
If he gets the group award, does that mean he automatically goes to the national award?
He’s done nothing to win an award this year with his gains, no weigh ins and fudging any legitimate questions about his weight. Cock.

Is his wife really a teacher😱, why on earth would she allow a photo of her naked with her husband in shower......I know you can’t see owt but it’s suggestive, just the comment alone indicates that ......i know it’s not on her sm but his but if she was in a secondary school the kids would rib the fuck out of that picture , if she taught in a primary school and I saw the pic of one of my kids teachers wouldn’t be impressed ......I ain’t no prude just know what’s right and wrong to post and immediately that springs to mind given wife’s job and don’t even get me started on #foodporn pics of his daughter ...... creepy fuckin wanker

@Angiegirl out of curiosity is there any other men in your group ? Just wondering if the Beggy Bastard Ben will get this Man of the Year by default as no other men there ?

That’s my theory!
Yeah, he’ll be so pissed off if he doesn’t win. I think, he thinks he’s entitled to win too - like, he wasn’t surprised when he won last year because he full expected it. but, he’s not exactly poster boy material at the moment for SW as he’s gained a lot more weight this year than he has lost 👎🏻 .

If he wins in his group (by default not merit Ben!) could he technically be invited to the finals even though he’s put on weight? 🤷‍♀️
Not a chance.
The criteria is very strict, at least it was for me. (It might be different for each final but when I went it was this)
You have the be a healthy BMI, lost at least 1 stone in the past 12 months and be close to your final target weight. Then when you arrive at head office for the competition, they'll weigh you just to make sure everything is all in check.

They were advertising as zero calorie across their range but they aren’t all zero (or something to that effect) it’s on the home page of the ASA
