Omg just watched the birthday haul and I cannot BELIEVE the amount of stuff she got!!!! Maybe I’m just bitter bcos I don’t get presents anymore, but also I’m a fully grown adult, I don’t need them! All the stuff from her parents, along with a trip away, I cannot believe it. I hope she realises how lucky she is, especially in this economic crisis!!!

Exactly! Especially this year with everyone being stretched a bit thin, surely you’d say to your family not to worry about getting anything big or spending too much. Or at least not then brag about it to your young audience, who might not understand why their parents can’t spend the same, making them feel a bit tit!
