100% he never booked/paid for that holiday fully himself. He could NEVER afford it. He's hardly the Barbados type. Lol! I'm pretty sure it was a big family holiday (most likely his ex baby mom's family) and he was invited along. And he's now dining out on it for the rest of his life as he'll never go anywhere like that again.
