45 minutes makes sense. BBC make their money by selling programmes to other countries and in all other countries they'd have advert breaks. A 45 minute programme would then stretch to an hour slot which is pretty much standard.

Hardly investigative journalism when your sole aim is to harass someone’s parents because they won’t grant you an interview. That GK one must be desperate if she’s up for intimidating pensioners for a living , final scrape of the barrel 🙄

But they think it's fine to pull stuff out of context, truncate it and mislead because tattle is in less of a position to take action. It's dreadful behaviour.

tbf that's the BBC modus operandi. See also their reporting of the Depp/Heard trial, anything to do with Trans etc. They are an absolute disgrace now.

The BBC tend to be very selective in how they report on certain news stories. Twice now I've followed court cases in real time (Depp/Heard and the Sandie Peggie Trial) and both times the way they have reported it has born very little resemblance to what was happening. Missing out chunks of testimony to change the narrative completely.
