I really hope the BBC and GK Barry have realised all the damage they've done and in the background are trying to stop another tragedy unfolding that this time they will have been complicit in encouraging and enabling. They should have left this whole story alone.

There is definitely an argument to be made that GK Barry and her programme legitimised the lifestyle Sophie encouraged for her children. And therefore sees no need to change it now.
Even if GK Barry was a better interviewer and researcher and had asked Sophie more searching questions eg 'I looked at Tattle and 99.9% of the comments were just concern for your daughters - can you see why they might have been worried?'
If GK had felt Sophie was too vulnerable and it was too soon - then she shouldn't have been interviewing her in the first place

But yes you're right - given the circumstances she shouldn't have even been on the programme.

Is anyone seeing Sophie’s posts on instagram about her mother? Poor princess looks like she was put through it.

My question is why? Where was her ma? Shouldn’t have even happened in the first place. These mums boil my nut right in. All they care about is money and men. I don’t think these bleeps realise once you have kids they are your TOP priority!!! Not anyone else’s except YOURS.

Exactly, the elephant in the room is that Sophie didn’t even have custody of her, for a good reason - at her time of death too.

Exactly, it wouldn't have been fair on Sophie to be balanced and objective in the situation so she should have never been involved.

Same with the bowel bro guy. They ignored that people didn't believe the extent of his cancer because he had a history of lying and running off with money. None of these was explained and I doubt GK Barry is reaching out for the person in her messages that says bowel bro ran off with his life savings to get the real story out there.
