Sure if was said summer for Sara so hopefully announced very soon. Nope not quite the same. I love Gary and he was great covering Scott’s show when he was on holiday but not good at the moment as seems to just be going through the motions

Yeah that's why I switched over to Scott a year ago, I was ill one morning and in a horrendous mood and the repeated playlist on R1 finally did my head in and I screamed at Alexa to switch, I've been loving the broad range on 2 all day ever since! But I do like quite a lot of "current" music (most of the stuff I listen to when not listening to the radio is on the R1 playlist) so a couple of hours in the morning isn't too bad. I just don't feel like Gary is getting me in the headspace to work, he almost potters through the show if that makes sense? Which is nice for a week or two but is grating now

I know he's a bit like marmite but I'd love him to move to R2 too! He's a save pair of hands and I loved him on R1 drive time.
I can't see nick moving from 6music to radio 2 , I doubt radio 2 would give him as much freedom re the music played that 6 does. Love nick kick starting my morning when am working from home . Cloudbusting is great 1hr of my working day before the 9am meeting kick in...
