This is exactly what happened to me. Love them for the first burn but after that it’s so waxy smelling. It was actually my partner who actually asked if he could blow out the candle under it because he hated the wax smell so much. Haven’t bought them again since that, home bargains and air wick for me never go wrong with those

That wax smell is because she uses paraffin wax, no good for you at all.

I used to love buying from AMA, but, not anymore. I purchase from smaller insta shops now x

Regardless of the quality of Ava mays over priced wax melts... paigesweird has just shared a lovely threatening message from James (Hannah’s partner) because Paige shared another small company whom Hannah borrowed the minky idea from and is making a lot of money and credit from! Now I appreciate Paige is like marmite but she threw no shade and never names ava May or made any nasty comments but James polished and sheened his pecks and tried to do a bit intimidating

I think Hannah (Ava may aromas) is just as bad tbh, she obviously knows about the messages and she’s done nothing.

If it was me I’d apologise to Paige for my partners disgusting messages and he would be apologising too, I wouldn’t stand for any of it. I’d be trying to fix the mess, not just for the business side, just as a woman!

My husband would never go after a woman, not through messages nor face to face.

Besides if I felt it necessary, I would be defending myself not sitting back whilst my man does it!

The messages were to cleaning with Jamie they were never sent to Paige, she just shared them to create some drama and attention, and that worked until it back fired and the lady they were “defending” put up a status telling them to stop with all the shit they were causing. She had spoken to Ava May and all was fine, messages sent to Ava May were a million times worse than the crap they are sharing, I don’t know either party, but I always think it’s good to get the whole picture before jumping to conclusions, but don’t let the truth get in the way of a good story peeps, it’s all about the drama with some

He didn’t pursue the police career he ended up moving to London and pursuing a career in art investment apparently! Him and Hannah split in January. He’s got a new girlfriend too he seems desperate to be flashy they put up on his stories them going and trying on Rolex watches a few months ago. Then I think he deleted his account - after admitting he was going to buy followers for it he then had a change of heart and only wanted a small following. Seems very lost.

They’re not strong at all and the Armani Diamonds one smells like PVA glue. I used one once then binned them. Fantasy is ok, and so is Mademoiselle, but like I said they’re not strong and they don’t last very well at all.

I buy from that wholesaler (I have a candle co.) and as soon as stock comes in, there’s lots of rumours that Ava May buys them all so no other smaller company gets a look in. Everyone complains about it. The wholesale price is quite low too!
