I think normal power of attorney isn't the same as medical proxy or medical power of attorney (thankfully!) but I don't live in QLD or NSW, so I don't know! If her mother wasn't able to make her own medical decisions previously then Leeeelah could very well have this I suppose.?
But.... like someone above said, if she was that bad that she needed a medical proxy. and was going back to work, it wouldn't be that simple would it? She would have to re-register as a nurse.
is there some way to report her for elder abuse? I have genuine concerns that her mother isn’t being cared for consideringall those nonsense
