Had to really laugh at She’s So Seasonal again today. Finding the lack of sleep hard after baby, no one told her it’s normal not to bond with her baby and thinks there needs to be way more information on the 4th trimester realities. Honestly Remember when everyone tried to give you well meaning advice about ALL these topics and you had a massive tantie and told everyone to stop bringing down your vibe, and your pregnancy/mothering experience wouldn’t necessarily be a negative one.

There are endless fking books, blogs, YouTube videos, classes and resources along with experienced parents in countless online and offline spaces who will tell you everything and give it to you straight. I'm happy for her! This baby is very clearly wanted, but I wonder how bloody insufferable she'll get given how condescending and self-centred she can be on her podcast. Oh and what tacky designer crap she'll get for the baby. I can only think it was because she must have read my comment the wrong way ... but she could have just messaged me to ask.. it wasn't like I was on a fake profile or something she could see I was a real person and that I had interacted with her in the past. Just made me look at her differently if that's how she deals with and obviously carefully curates everything. To delete my not quite brand related comment and not only that but block an OG follower who she previously thanked on messages for advice, is a whole new side I had suspected but not seen in action until it happened to me
