I just joined because she banned me from her Instagram after sending her tips about her hair
. She literally has gone completely off the rails, and is a huge liar, always looking for drama and it's really off putting. She calls her fans giving advice trolls, says she is better than other artists and complains about her views dropping, CONSTANTLY.
all her insta stories are bitching and moaning about something.
Also, i weas reading through the thread and wanted to add that the starling asmr accusations she wrote and keeps ranting about are also a huge lie, starling asmr posted all the screenshots of their private convos on twitter and they clearly show that Starling just unfollowed her after bbby kept pestering her about help with improving her setup, and copied basically all of starling's setup + props.
Starling just unfollowed her, but bbby made a huge public shitstorm accusing starling of being a monster, a bully, without any proof.
she also stated starling's community harassed her, also without any proof, and dragged big artists into unfollowing starling and believing her lies
Starling posted proof that all were just lies and had to undergo therapy due to bbby's behaviour, she once posted about it, crying for help.
It's insane that a few artists sided actually with bbby, including glow asmr, rapunzel and a few others who keep praising her, probably out of pity.
I also did some digging and found out that be brave be you is absolutely mental, here is a link when she went on a ton of newspapers because she accused Tesco of starving her daughter to death!

This person is a liar, clearly manipulative and an attention seeker. every single thing she does is drama centric.
I'm surprised she is homeschooling her kids, while she claims to be bipolar, autistic, suffering from ptsd and anxiety and depression and is also a ouspoken antivaxer and made many racist remarks on facebook against the chinese people when the pandemic hit.

I actually remembered that there was evidence with Starling and BBBY doing this. BBBY took over twitter trying to get people on her side and losing it on them if they tried to talk to her. And then retweeted Starling’s tweet to ridicule her.

I've only watched one Karuna video. I don't know how she gets so many views/subscribers. She was in a hotel room pretending a bunch of covers was a person. She was hovering her hands over the pretend person and making inaudible sounds. It really came across as a half hearted attempt at something because she couldn't have looked more bored. Looked like she wished she was elsewhere.

She didn't either bother shaping the bed covers to at least make it look like a person

I see our gal Julia has FINALLY posted an ASMR vid. But of course it’s with another relatively unknown singer songwriter which kind of ruins it for me? She’s all about the exposure and seeming like a Cool Girl now that it’s boring af. Might just unsubscribe and unfollow her at this point, it’s dullness personified

Honestly, do it. It was so freeing not to follow her anymore. I love some of her ASMR videos but not at the expense of having to put up with her BS.

Also, I've been noticing some creators start to put ads in the middle of their ASMR content which feels like it should not be allowed. Nothing less relaxing than a blaring insurance ad in the middle of a whisper video.

I have seen some of her replies to comments on Youtube too and she often comes off as quite rude. She can't take any form of constructive criticism and I've even seen her reply rudely to some comments which are completely complimenting her - one example I can I think of was mentioned in here previously that there was a comment on one of her non ASMR videos that she has a lovely accent, and she responded curtly that "I don't have an accent." even though she clearly has a Wolverhampton/West Mids accent! Her ASMR vids are great but she doesn't seem very humble/approachable

This was ages ago, but she asked for suggestions or what content/themes people prefer. I wrote that my absolute favourites were hair/beauty/nail salon roleplays but that I pretty much enjoy ANYTHING she does apart from medical ones, and that it's medical asmr in general and not just her. I even said a bunch of other (genuine) compliments about her vids in case it sounded like it was aimed at her personally. I got this snippy reply back like "thanks, BUT...." about how medical roleplays are her most popular so she's always gonna do them regardless, like okay but.... you asked what content we liked?....

exactly, it is SO offensive, and she is 100% the type of influencer who will deflect any criticism with the "be kind" thing and talking about her own mental health.
I cannot work out why she stopped ASMR, it was so popular, how many people want to see her opening packages and chopping up fruit?

Scottish murmurs is so bad for it. I used to really like her content but now it just makes me feel uncomfortable everytime I see her thumbnails. And the comments are just full of sad, sleazy men.

Yeah I commented on a video that included her sucking a pen for absolutely no reason probably about a year and a half ago and got piled on so I unfollowed her. Shame to hear nothing's changed.

Did you see all the stuff Olivia Kissper did a few years ago when she said she was stopping ASMR and everyone that liked it was brainwashed. She really slated it and stated it was awful. See when the money stopped with her new shit she was trying she crawled back

I really like ItsBlitzzz - she's not been doing as much on the ASMR channel recently and has loads of followers on her more influencer-like instagram, she can come across as a bit high horse-y (she's very into sustainability etc) but doesn't seem damaging.

I like her ASMR content but think her influencer life and alleged ethos are so hypocritical. She's thinking about buying a *horse* and just bought a second home (i think her bf owns the one they currently live in) but also preaches sustainability and living simply.

Karuna has some serious issues, on one hand criticising someone for abusing their partner and then advocating hitting someone so they can't hit anyone else, she comes across as very aggressive

I just don't understand someone who clearly feels very passionately about the case, while in the process wanting to be as triggering as she can to anyone who's ever dealt with DV/SA. Tell us that you LOVE drama and people having their lives ruined without telling us you love drama and people having their lives ruined.

I second this. I like Gibi (don't really watch her though) but every time she associated with Karuna over the years I lost respect. Seeing how careful she is with her reputation it still surprises me.

Karuna seems to have a lot going on rn actually. Even more medical stuff & divorce.

Minxlaura's vlogging channel is also bizarre, she uploads endless vlogs that are basically the same as the last. Going to the same town, going in the same shops then coming home or going to 'work' where her mum and partner also work
It's hard to believe this is a woman in her 40s, I suspect she has some form of asperger's syndrome.

I think she craves attention and says what she thinks people want to hear, meanwhile her actions contradict what she says. She hates anyone who asks questions or raises the differences between what she says and does. She is just one of may people who use social media to earn money, they feel untouchable and many think they don't need to be accountable for their actions.

This is exactly it and what pissed me off so much when she attacked me for questioning it. I think I actually said so - she’s earning money from these stupid posts so she isn’t untouchable and we are within our rights to question her without it being viewed as an attack. She’s so up herself.

Has anyone recommendations for me for more channels like ShiliTV and ASMR Twix? I tried esteASMR, but the videos are short, I have to switch off the subtitles as I found they disturb the mood and they actually do nothing for me. I don't like Beautysoom either, she, sorry, looks like a dead robot.
I like spa videos and styling, but especially AMSR Twix hasn't been doing it for me lately (and I don't like her voice).
