Tits out again šŸ™„. Poor Alf doesnā€™t get a look in does he. She even makes his birth completely all about herself. No doubt on his first birthday she will celebrate a ā€œyear of breastfeedingā€ and totally ignore his actual birthday.

I reckon she caught COVID off Alf but god knows where he picked it up, could literally be from anywhere. Either way Iā€™m sure he is fine from the potAto wedge.

Probably boardmasters festival! The cases have been really high havenā€™t they. And she said he was freezing cold there didnā€™t she, poor thing!

This story is so bizarre, so sheā€™s saying she wonā€™t of touched surfaces he does e.g Highchair etc
Living that close together they would of infected each other by now. Potato wedge aside

Heā€™s literally hanging off her tit every 30 minutes and sheā€™s worried about sucking the salt off a potato

Sheā€™s actually unreal.. sheā€™s tested positive for Covid and her first thing to say is she thinks Alf had it last week and ā€˜I KNEW there was nothing that needed fixing about his sleep, so glad I cuddled him so muchā€™.

sheā€™s such an ā€˜I told you soā€™ kind of person, and also you didnā€™t cuddle him loads Ashley, you used him in several ads and reels, swinging him around the place and continuously use him for content.

and took him to hospital in the early hours! Surely she would do a pcr test first if there were symptoms! God knows where else she took him whilst positive.. but of course she knew best, instinct and all that!

Sheā€™s such a fake. Sheā€™ll get a million messages praising her ā€œmummy instinctā€ when actually she messed up by not doing a PCR test on him when he was unwell in the first place! And TBH she waited a long time to do her own test and should have gone straight for PCR rather than doing lateral flows

Itā€™s very strange they didnā€™t test him in hospital. My daughter is a similar age, we had to go to hospital with her as she had an ear infection and it was one of the first things they tested for as she had a temp šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

She is a bleeping bellend.

Itā€™s been totally clear that poor Alf couldā€™ve had Covid last week. As soon as she said he had a temperature, why didnā€™t she get him a test as per the guidelines? Instead she continued swanning about, had her parents over, ended up taking him into A&E where he couldā€™ve infected other people. I appreciate that he needed to have been seen by the hospital due to his age and on the request of 111, but why did she not even question if he couldā€™ve been Covid after all of the people she is in contact with?

Months ago, my baby had a rash on her face and a slightly raised temperature and wasnā€™t eating for days. I had to take her to a different doctors surgery than usual as her temp was enough for them to have to treat it as Covid when I knew for a fact it was not. (I still havenā€™t been in a supermarket since last March and we only socialise outdoors and distanced) so for her to have contracted it wouldā€™ve been almost impossible as we are still being very cautious.

The doctor said it was a viral infection but she told me that due to her slightly raised temp I had to either do a PCR test on her, or isolate for 10 days if I didnā€™t want to. It was my responsibility. And I appreciate that regardless of my certainty that it was near-impossible to be Covid, those were the rules. Simple as that.

But of course, Ashley knows best. She is above the rules. Her motherly instinct picks up on everything. I do agree, as annoying as it may be that the hospital didnā€™t consider to test Alf, SHE shouldā€™ve considered that it would be perfectly plausible for him to have it with everywhere she has taken him. (Including Boardmasters who had an associated 5000 cases afterwards!)

sure, thereā€™s nothing wrong with the fact she took him to Boardmasters. She was entitled to, but as his mother she needs to take responsibility for the fact that if he has contracted Covid then itā€™s due to where she has taken him.

Honestly cannot STAND HER.

I really hope she looks back in the not too distant future and cringes at what an absolutely self righteous, sanctimonious witch she was!
I as a mother have certainly done this, thought I knew my baby but looking back the ā€œjust you wait....ā€ mums were most probably right. Itā€™s always expect the unexpected when you have a baby.

Totally agree with this. A little humility would go along way from her. Without a doubt, itā€™s more experienced mums that I have learnt more from than any book or professional.

Itā€™s not a weakness to admit you donā€™t know everything. My kids are 3 and 10 months and I still feel Iā€™m winging it everyday!!

Also the fact she was going on about how her having the vaccine would have vaccinated him through her breastmilk!

Only thing she appears to be worried about is that she can't DJ at the weekend , not that she was blatantly using her son as a prop in IG when he was clearly unwell
Didn't she also meet up with other instamum/mum Shani Ryan for a play date with her son last week?...and he's since had a huge 1st birthday party in last week, so lots of opportunities to spread the virus around when she and Alf were infectious

Imagine getting covid and blaming your son for it, and then to go even further and blaming the over-stretched NHS for not doing a covid test on him when you took him to A&E.
I get that itā€™s hard to differentiate between teething/illnesses when they are so small, but cā€™monā€¦ if the last 18 months has taught anyone anything, itā€™s to always rule out covid.

Honestly unbelievable isnā€™t she, oh yeh it was Alfieā€™s fault heā€™s always off out and about on his own and doesnā€™t social distance šŸ™„šŸ™„ only got herself to blame.

agree totally with the teething..its common for a lot of babies to come down with a viral infection in conjunction with teething. i know mine both did and they were really poorly and listless..just like Alfie was!
Maybe she should have asked the hospital could should he possibly have covid as he'd been to a festival where large numbers of people attending have now got covid? šŸ¤”
it might not be the hospital policy to automatically test for covid in very young children.
Wait till he goes to school and gets every illness under the sun and brings it home ! will she blame him or the other children!
