I know Ashley & Saf are a bit of a touchy subject after what they have been through & I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, I may be in the minority here but I just wish they would both take a break away from social media, I know we only see a snippet of their lives but they really need to step away & grieve alone for a while, I feel Ashley is on the verge of a breakdown I know exercise is good for the Mind but he actually worries me that he doesn’t rest, it would be good to see them go away as a couple, I know they are starting The charity which is fantastic that Azalyias legacy will live on.
I will probably get slaughtered for saying this but I think the party in the cemetery tonight was a bit much it really isn’t the place for something like this I found it quite disrespectful towards the surroundings. Saf is looking more fragile and lost, it’s such a weird one as I cringe when she asks where she can get things from & recommendations on her stories when she knows she’s going to get gifted something
Sorry I’m really going on I just needed to get a few things off my chest ! I really do like the both of them and like I said I just think they need to step away & grieve

I had to unfollow them. When saf shared a video when Azaylias nose was bleeding in her final days. I felt extremely uncomfortable, That poor baby had no privacy in life and death. Even my mum mentioned to me she felt there Instagram where a bit much. They need to grieve away from social media, It is not real life

I wasn't going to comment, but I need to. I lost my baby boy in 2009, I grieved so hard. I lost friends because I couldn't cope without speaking about him, I always saw signs from him, I looked for anything that would give me comfort. I wrote cards to family members and signed his name. Please just leave them be... Unless you have felt this pain you have no right to comment. Having been there I have never once looked and thought it's inappropriate how they are conducting themselves, the funeral and party looked beautiful to me... I wish I could have celebrated my boys life instead of feeling like I was ready to leave and be with him.

So disrespectful to other people’s deceased families resting in the same grave yard. These reality stars think it’s one rule for them and another for us lot.
The music was bang out of order im actually gobsmacked that they actually had the audacity to do it , how would they feel if they turned up to visit azalyia & wanted some peace and quiet time with her & there were people there having a family party. Personally I know I would be fuming.

It’s just so tragic. It’s like she’s doing all these things for Ashley’s approval or love or even attention! She’s a grieving mother yet doing all this manic stuff like the bike rides because that’s what he does. He doesn’t even respect her enough to do them with her. She’s desperate for her partners support but he’s just detached from her for whatever reason. I think it’s horrible & cruel how he leaves flowers for their daughter signed off from your daddy, how must she feel when all she wants is a family unit with him, constantly including him in everything, signing off as mummy & daddy? She needs to focus on herself & start to grieve in her own way, but why he can’t show the tiniest bit of empathy for the mother of his child, is disturbing.

I will never ever ever forget the year we watched a baby pass away on Instagram. It was so inappropriate poor Az had no privacy filmed as she was bleeding where was the dignity. I'm all for raising awareness but as a society it's a mess

I’ve thought for a while that they aren’t together. They never seem to comfort each in a loving way.
Also I would be horrified if my loved ones were also laid to rest in that cemetery with the party going on. Not at all appropriate.

I personally never give to these type of online fund raising, because very often it just seems to all disappear into a huge black hole. And without sounding unkind, the NHS don't tend to withdraw treatment/go onto palliative care without having exhausted all opportunities. And the treatment options that become the miracle cure are usually private hospitals using experimental treatments that someone found via Google, and not through a medical professional. Several high profile cases in the last 5 years have fund raised to the tune of millions of £s but nothing has ever been made public about where that money went.........

I also need to word this carefully as not to cause offence...........I lost my son many years ago, and his ashes were scattered in the childrens area of the cemetery. I found visiting there a huge comfort in the early days, but we ended up having his memorial stone removed as some later additions seemed to attract large family gatherings like the ones mentioned. Graves appeared that were covered in tacky memorials, and it all seemed to be a bit competitive as to who could cram the most objects onto the plot. I wanted to scream that my son was trying to rest in peace, not be blasted out by loud music and people stomping around over other graves. It just all seemed so disrespectful.

Unpopular opinion but they seem like a family who loves music and dancing and celebrations and colour. It's not for me but I think this is how they wanted to celebrate azaylias life.azaylia dances with them from when she was born. So maybe it was the only fitting tribute to her they wanted.. I totally get what u saying about other ppl going to cemetery but it seems they left it untill late in the evening and it is only a few hours for one day. She will never be one again. And it's the first birthday without her, the firsts are hard. I just feel so heartbroken for them. Cannot imagine the pain.

I have a child only a few months older than Azaylia and I wouldn’t even know where to start if I’d lived through what they’ve been through. It was hard for me to watch their stuff on Insta in Azaylia’s last few days - I suspect it was hard for anyone to watch it - but through Azaylia’s journey I learned far more about childhood cancer than I’d ever understood before that. I joined the donor register and donated platelets.

The balloon release and things weren’t to my taste - and the party and stuff clearly wasn’t to the taste of a few people on this thread - but I can’t criticise them for trying to find their way through such a painfully tragic time. I wouldn’t even know where to start with the thought of living the rest of my life without my little one.

I'm glad someone has finally said something, I've been thinking this since before she died there was no privacy at all for her and the music in the cemetery tonight was completely inappropriate and disrespectful to everyone else in there

Ashley is killing him self. He genuinely believes if he isn’t strong he’s letting Azaylia down. The podcasts. The constant exercise. He is very very unwell. His grief will get him no matter how far he cycles away from it. The two of them look broken. Ashley doesn’t look like himself just a shell. Saf looks like a lost little girl. The videos of her birthday she was holding her hands in a ball, like a child on a first day of school she’s broken and she’s being made to believe she has to get up and be strong. Someone needs to tell her it’s ok to stay in bed and let your heart bleed and sob for your baby. A mother who loses a baby. There are no words. My heart hurts for them despite the fact I agree with what people are saying here. The grave scene was uncomfortable saf looked uncomfortable didn’t she 💔

Whilst I feel for them that they have lost their beautiful daughter, I have had to unfollow them. My reasons for this are
1. The constant "Let's go champ" is odd.
2.ashley making videos of himself with his top off on the edge of a rock
3. Where is ashley supporting saff? Literally after azaylia passed away he was off everyday on bike rides without her.
4. I found the loud music totally disrespectful in a graveyard. This is a place of rest not a place to have a party. Wrong!!

I agree with all that you have said, and also feel they need to grieve together as a couple - as Azaylia’s Mummy and Daddy, as it seems like they’re not together.

I set up one of the previous rave threads after the first one get shut down over arguments about donations. The second one ended up getting shut down too as people were in disagreement about a lot of things.

I absolutely was enthralled by baby Azaylia she really touched my heart. I found the last couple of weeks of her life so upsetting and I shed tears for her more than once it was so so sad to see her fade away. I did think at times that they should stop posting and just cherish their last few days together without phones in hand.

My problems with their behaviour started while she was still in hospital receiving treatment. Saf would ask for ‘recommendations’ for new trainers, takeaways, air beds e.t.c and it has really saddened me to see her seem to go down the influencer route now. I thought she had more integrity than that. I also really dislike how she put a question box up mere days after Azaylia died asking if people wanted to see how she was coping with her grief!!!! WTF and it really angers me that so many people must have said yes. Her grief for her baby is not something that people should feel entitled to witness.

I agree with many PP’s who say Ash seems to be all about himself and his journey. I hate myself for saying it but I feel like he viewed Azaylia as a mini celebrity and welcomed all the fame and adoration that her journey brought. Making the funeral a public affair was distasteful, the photos of him walking the streets holding an umbrella while Saf was trying to reach out for some contact really upset me. She needed support and affection and I don’t think the public deserved to be prioritised in their babies last journey. She was already exposed enough in her short little lifetime. He posts lots of shit for attention now like he did before Azaylia got sick and it’s made me lose a lot of respect for him.

I think what her mother has done is wrong, I get that it must hurt her to be frozen out and for Ashley’s family to be praised constantly but she needs to put her daughters loss first.

As for all the grief porn freaks who have set up tribute pages for a baby they didn’t know and use those pages for attention, they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Weirdos is all they are you even see them updating captions saying (Saff liked, Vicky commented e.t.c) Imagine the highlight of your day being a grieving mother has liked a photo of her dead child that you posted for clout. 😡

I have a daughter that passed away 6 years ago. I chose to cremate her because in my head, I was thinking if I buried her, I'd always feel like I'd have to go there and could never really move away as I'd be tied there for life. With ashes, I can take them where ever I go. I haven't scattered them yet, I don't think I will either. I do have some of her ashes in a ring that i got made from Ashes to Glass I think they are called and honestly, that really helped with my grief. I felt like, even though she was dead, she was always with me as a small part of her is in my ring.

If I had buried her, and I went to her resting place and seen Azalia's resting place with all the family & friends, blasting music, etc - I think it is very selfish and very disrespectful to other mourners. There is nothing wrong with having a party for Azalia's first birthday at home. My daughter has been gone 6 years now and I still get cupcakes made, light a candle, etc. No one is saying they can't celebrate their baby's life, but can they be a bit more respectful to other mourners. Her grave looks like a shrine and I'm surprised it's all still there. Maybe they are paying someone to keep all the bits there as I know at a lot of resting places, you're barely allowed anything.

I don't follow Ashley anymore, I can't do it. He's so cringy and I always feel like he's trying to be one of those motivational speakers etc. He's also very "look at me, look what I've got" which is just weird. I respect him though for pushing himself to do all these fitness things - I just hope he takes time out for himself and lets himself feel what he's feeling. I do worry he's just burying his feelings. It's only been a few months since she's gone. He wants to be careful he doesnt have a breakdown.

Saf on the other hand. Thank god she has her brother that's all I can say. Her mom is something else and Ash doesnt seem very forthcoming towards her. But then, all we see is what they want us to see so who knows. Maybe he's very affectionate towards her when the phone is off. We will never know. I do wish them well though - losing a child is brutal. It's like this pit of emptiness that never really goes away, you just learn how to live with it.

I remember a video clip of A in her final days being held by a group of women they were all singing and jigging her around. She was so floppy and grey. No smile or anything. If my baby was dying, I’d want to be in bed, with her laying on me skin to skin, stroking her , making her feel at peace. And having worked with children who are dying and their families I can tell you how I feel is normal what happens. I felt they tried to stop her from dying with all the carry on. Altho I always thought Saf looked uncomfortable.

The party at the cemetery was disrespectful.. but then (and I know I’ll get slated for this as well) when their poor baby was in her final days she was struggling to open her eyes looking so so poorly and suffering and needed rest but they were throwing parties dancing around the living room with her at midnight with the whole family. That didn’t sit right with me either. 🥺

Saf had a lady who she didn't know in her clinic for a treatment the other day who had a tattoo done for Azaylia. I find it disturbing to be honest.
