I just wanted to say I loved watching azaylia journey until the end which was so sad 😞

I’ve always found it off how ash treats saf now I know everyone gives different but even at the funeral he didn’t hold her it Was sad to see and I completely agree with her mother on that when she said nobody held her daughter and she could only watch her . Since the funeral he can’t bear to be near saf and it’s horrible to see . I don’t think this relationship will last much longer it’s all about him . her Brother is her rock but he has his own family and work he can’t keep being by her side it should be Ashley . She looks so lost 😞

did anybody notice on the podcast they did he said he got saf and told her in this room you laugh smile etc etc but the way he was saying it didn’t sit right with me it’s almost like he’s controlling and will not let her cry . As strong as you want to be you will cry when you hear a doctor say things . I was in alder hey and my baby was poorly and when the doctor told us things I often cried so ash had no rights to say in that room she does not cry or look down . It’s natural to not be ok

I had to stop following these 2 at the time of A’s passing because the whole circus was in my view disrespectful, you could see that poor baby deteriorating each day and they were bouncing her about all over social media, on my sick days the last thing I would want is a camera in my face for millions to see and at this point it was t raising awareness it was for attention and for all these thousands of people that did not know her to watch her death. Continuing after her death with the pictures and the cemetery circus again was in bad taste, imagine your child being buried nearby, a place that should be peaceful and respectful but turned into some sort of show every single day.
thrpughout the whole thing I wondered were they both still together, ashley seemed to be the one in control, he rarely shared anything about saff andnever Mentioned we it was all about him, I do Think a charity is a good thing and probably the only good thing I’ve seen from this pair, I don’t think it’s fair that another child or family going through similar would never have been able to raise such large amounts of funds for treatment and that’s something that should change.
I haven’t lost a child and I can only imagine the grief is heartbreaking every single day but I do t think social media is the place to be doing it.
These 2 have always wanted to be insta famous and it’s sad that it’s only because of the death of a baby. The majority of people following them grief thief’s.
I am going to go back and read ashley’s threads because I didn’t realise they were still there. Does saff have a thread now?

I feel awful for saying it… but do you ever wander if Azaylia was perfectly fine, no cancer, no death, just growing up like any other little girl… the only claim to fame they had was Ash stunts on reality tv.
its like, when A passed, their followers trebled, they have made a fortune out of it & everyone fawns over them like its some weird trauma porn!

Obviously theyd rather have Azaylia back than have all this but still…

It’s his thing apparently. No it isn’t.
Fancy saying that when Saf is her MOTHER. Absolutely understand if she didn’t want to do the full bike trip but why the fuck would someone deprive the mother of a dead child to ride the last couple of miles to the finish line? Makes me so upset for her. Ashley is an attention seeking cunt.

I’m a bit on the fence but mostly agree with the comments about Ashley being quite cold to Saf. When my little girl was diagnosed I shut down emotionally and turned quite cold towards anyone except the doctors/nurses and of course my child. I didn’t want my family or partner pestering me or relying on me for support, I just wanted to talk to the people that could physically help.
But then I did have my moments where I let my partner hug me and be there for me as ofc he was going through it too and could see I wasn’t coping well. So we did have that sort of reliance in different ways although the majority of the time I was quite distant with everyone.

I think that Ashley is so absorbed in himself and his own grief he seemed to forget about the woman who gave birth to Azaylia and also went through it. There doesn’t seem to be that mutual support even if that is the way he deals with it, he needs to try and understand and help Saf too. But unfortunately I do think he is quite self centred and that has come across on tv 100%.

Its very telling Saf has done an appreciation post for her brother saying he is her rock. I think its lovely, and their relationship is heart warming to see.

This is turning into such an odd spectacle isn’t it?
It’s becoming like when celebrities release a book and go on a book tour. I’m sorry it’s no longer raising awareness for childhood cancer and it’s no longer about raising funds for whatever they’ve said they will apparently do with it. It’s now about raising Ashley’s status and him trying to remove the shitty imagine he made for himself when he was desperately trying to be a celeb

Omg I was just on her live and she let a lady join who was like ‘we met you earlier me and my son and I asked him ‘remember what we were shouting?’ He said no mum I don’t. She said ‘remember, let’s go champ?!’ He said ‘no I didn’t say that, I said go die in a ditch’. She was explaining to saf what her son said. Her sound has autism but she was laughing the whole time whilst saying it. It kicked off on live. I was so shocked. Saf looked mortified and removed her ASAP from the live. Wth like

He’s a total narc. This isn’t about the baby, it’s about him. All that shouting & preaching in the street late at night is embarrassing. His cousin is pitching up expecting a clothing deal or something. Non of them involved in this circus are coming across well & while they self promote in this awful way, they’re watering down any message to do with raising money or awareness of children’s cancer. They say that’s what the foundation is for, but even on the page that message isn’t clear, there is no direction for this foundation or it’s intentions for the future. That should be their focus, again, not this circus they’ve created!

I can't believe neither of them have shared the story about that little girl needing a donor. Especially when she has less of a chance of finding one because of her heritage just like Azaylia.

I thought the foundation was about helping children with cancer?

Just had a little snoop on Safs Instagram of few pics before she had A and there is a picture of her and her best friend and she is tagged in the picture so I clicked her profile and the best friend has not long had a baby herself so I can imagine that’s hard for Saf and stirs up some feelings and she’s probably keeping her distance maybe even unintentionally but it has got to be hard for her bless her might explain why she only wants her brother for support it seems she my be cutting people off or wanting to be on her own possibly?
when I was pregnant. My best friend was pregnant at the same time. My daughter died and her daughter lived. We didnt talk for years after. About 2-3 years & even now - its been 6years and I still take a big step back from anyone I know that has a baby. I cant even talk about pregnancies, birth, etc. We are all different & all cope with things differently but me personally, that chunk of my life is filled with so much trauma, I cant even talk about other peoples pregnancies n births etc.
I bet shes traumatised.

Also notice he has no issues showing affection to his adoring public on Instagram every evening.

Also just gonna say I don’t know what I think of the brother obviously very honourable embarking on this with Ashley but he also seems to enjoy the limelight.

I'm sorry but I really don't like Ashley. Didn't like him before, I felt sorry for them when the worst of the worst that could possibly happen did happen, but no I can't help but think he is now making it all about 'me,me,me'. The way he goes on its as though he single handedly birthed the baby himself with no help from anybody else. A poor women who is clearly grieving appears to not be aloud to as 'whatever I say goes' and 'I'm the celebrity and not you'. Call me out on this if you want but I've always been told a dad is a parent the moment the baby is born, the women is a parent the moment the baby is conceived. She felt, guarded and loved poor little A the moment she was in her stomach but again it's all about his needs and wants. She just wants her man to be there, for a hug and to be told everything will be okay but no. The relationship is dead as a dodo and the sooner she walks away from this mentally abusive relationship the better for her own sake.

He’s a grade A wanker. Disliking him more and more. The dance yesterday, the swimming in the sea today, he honestly makes my skins crawl. The way he treats Saf is disgusting and that’s just what we see - what’s he like behind closed doors?! I bet he barely speaks to her. He’s an awful awful person, just wanting to be famous.

He’s a broken man, she’s a broken woman. Two broken people can’t always heal each other. I honestly think they love each other but are just trying to get by each day. In that video from earlier today, Ashley’s head rests into Safs neck...he didn’t even return the hug from his mother. Might just be the fact he’s completely shattered!!!

Me and my partner went through two miscarriages last year months apart(I know it’s nothing compared to what they went through, but to us they were still wanted children), and I cried so much and my partner would never just leave me to grieve by myself, we would always be there for one another, so it does break my heart how she seems to be navigating her grief without the support of her partner

Long time lurker, hey 👋 here because I just listened to the podcast and had to check Instagram to see whether they’re still a couple. Honestly thought they were amicably separated.

Ashley makes me feel very uncomfortable. The stardom that he seems to be generating from this terrible experience doesn’t sit right with me, especially as he was always a bit of a Z lister. It doesn’t feel like this is about charity fundraising at all, more like a way to up his status.
