one of my pet hates at the gym is girls in there thinking its a fashion parade more interested in eye bleeping themselves, filming themselves, full face of make up and with their hair down their backs. She’s obviously someone who is naturally quite slim, she would have no shape if she didn’t have fake boobs. She has zero muscle mass which shows her inconsistent approach to the gym. A friend of mine is a similar build to Asher and she has an amazing body because she trains regularly. You’re there to work out and make yourself feel better! If you are feeling anxious I’m happy to give you some tips to make you feel less anxious! I’d hate for someone to feel anxious going to a gym because of vapid girls like that

Honestly in my experience of going to the gym these people are in the minority and not well tolerated by normal people. They tend to not last long, move gyms etc. Dont let people like that put you off x
