She gave a really honest answer about her eating habits in her question and answer today on insta saying she really struggles with her weight and it’s an ongoing vicious circle. I’m sure a lot of people find themselves in that same routine, she’s not the only one out there.

Honestly, see if she had this approach when doing her videos rather than saying she’s “upsizing” all the time, I think she would get a great response from her following. It’s so much more relatable.

What a mess they’ve made of that house. I think the main thing for me is that it’s all these different styles that honestly do not go together! It’s just like a big clusterfuck of things thrown together.

We have the unfinished panelling in the hall and in the living room, the new tv wall that is off centre with a window at the side of it, a black stair bannister and doors, crushed velvet sofa and window seat, busy living room wallpaper, even the garden started out well and now it’s filled to the brim with shite because it wasn’t properly planned and thought out like everything else.

Now the half converted garage/playroom is being converted again with a new window and knocking walls down... I would want to scrub it all out and start again fresh if I was her. It’s just a pure mess in my opinion!

She’s far too impulsive and seems to follow trends rather than sticking to what’s true to her own style. That’s why it’s a big mix up of styles. Her last house was much nicer.

I would love to see Ash’s friend Eilidh go back to work. I think she would quit the ‘insta mum’ because just now she makes out that her day is so hard looking after her two kids they’re often at her mums to give her a ‘break’. Imagine going back to work!!

I've gone right off both Ash & Eilidh, they have absolutely nothing interesting to say & the fact they blatantly copied (or competed) with each other with the hall panelling & painting the doors black was embarrassing.

I would absolutely love to see them both actually having to work like the rest of us & run a house, all Eilidh does is moan!

Unless it’s a wedding and I’ve got a nice clutch that goes with outfit. I think Ash does well. A couple of designer pieces here and there. It’s easy enough to afford a pair of Gucci trainers, save £100 a month away for a couple of months and you can buy a pair.

Im not saying Ash does badly. What I’m saying is, where I’m from, wealthy people don’t dress in designer gear. It’s tacky. Long term stability and a good education speaks louder than Gucci trainers.

I don't doubt that at all, her early vlogs when the kids were young were great but since she has started selling her children to save having a "real job" I've lost a lot of respect I had for her.

On a side note I know it's been mentioned many times on other threads, but just a quick rant.

I am fed up of Instagrammers being gifted crap. Today I saw a story of another mummy " influencer" being gifted a wardrobe. Another one whose quite well off begging aka recommendations for first birthday gifts for a SECOND child. It irritates me that these people live in cloud cuckoo land of "let's panel, change perfectly good furniture etc, get mud kitchens etc" and then bleat at us about #bekind #stoptrollingmeandcallingmegreedy

I think this was when I started to go off Ash Mama reid and lots more of these mum's. When you're having to figure it out and save towards a purchase and these lot are wearing Prada trainers to walk the dog (mama reid) and getting gifted curtains while they get ready to go on their #giftedDisneyLandtrip.

Disclaimer- I like to decorate and love interiors but at least I buy my paints, wallpaper etc and don't decorate with every trend going.

Has anyone noticed on the podcast, Ash has to always have bigger and better? When they were talking about school trends EVERYTHING was "I had that", "I was the first person in my school to have a side fringe then everyone got one", "I had THREE pairs of Jeffrey Campbells" etc. Elevenerife much.....!

This is why her house is a mishmash off so many unfinished jobs. She can't see shit go past her. She has to make her home bigger and better than everyone else's. You can be sure if someone posts saying they have painted a wall, ash will have posted the next day saying she's knocking one down. She has rushed into so many different jobs with her house that it just looks so unfinished in my opinion.

I actually can't believe she has publicly said she is only doing an hour a day! What a lazy cow. Clearly puts no importance on education, what a great role model. If I was her wee one's teacher I'd be concerned.

That is infuriating. My husband and I are both working full time (I work 12 hours shifts, he’s FT but working from home). We are trying to do 2-3 hours each day with our oldest child who is in primary 1, and feeling guilty about not doing enough. However, we are doing our best given our personal circumstances. Each day, we ensure his core tasks are completed, he does literacy, numeracy and some creative work along with reading a story book. With 2 full time working parents and a toddler, I think we’re doing not bad tbh.

She is at home 24/7 with those kids but is only doing 1 hour per day of school work - that is disgraceful. Ella may well end up struggling when schools eventually reopen - and who will be to blame?!

I kind of think she won’t. I think it’ll be one of those total cringe mother daughter relationships I see on Insta a lot. You know at the Anchor Line for Pornstar Martinis after a day shopping at Cruise. Matching Gucci belts and acrylics. The maw 22 years older than the daughter trying to look like one of her peers! White jeans and matching white jacket. Ash probably need to veneers topped up by that point.
