Her bf is a hairdresser, I think. But nothing to do with the house.

From what I see she sold up to 50% of MTL to Imram Adam. Adam runs AIF fashion Holdings Ltd. Ajtar is co-director. He's got several other trashy fashion brands based in Bolton. It's why you'll never see a direct link between Atjar and MTL.

Sunny Soul Investments Ltd is her other sole owned company. It has the same registered address in Leicester as AIF and it buys and sells real estate. It's linked to AIF Fashion as having significant interest.

So I believe that's where the Eire property is bankrolled from. She's using MTL indirectly to fund the purchase. It won't be more than £200,000 in Eire to build from scratch.

I wouldn’t have had him down as a hairdresser! 😮 she has had MTL with Imran for a while now under new name because she nearly lost everything during covid so I think he pumped some money into it for a percentage of the company. Also she said on her home account q&a the other day that the house prices are a lot more in Ireland and she has spent a lot. £200,000 doesn’t seem a lot to knock down and re build
