Im sorry but that crossing out scribble was half assed she wants people to figure out the girl and send messages on her behalf whilst she hide behind protecting and defending her business. I get it's not nice to wear and return, but Arianna pushes this nice girl, girls girl agenda but does stuff like this. I agree she could have blanket said in a general message rather than leaving clues for people to work it out.

i don’t like arianna but sorry what that girl has done is trampy, it’s no different to influencers getting sent free clothes then reselling them on vinted or ordering masses of clothes to film a haul and returning, it’s all wrong no matter what way you look at it, can’t really see anyone messaging the girl over it who would care enough lmao
When she says she's gonna be doing full in depth checks on returns, does she mean she's gonna look every single person up on social media to see if they've worn the clothes? What that girls done is wrong, but going out of your way to stalk your customers who want to return items is bizarre.
