She spent a lot of time in her Insta career conflating psychologist and psycho therapist. Followers who share her posts still always refer to her as a psychologist and she never corrects them. Chief manipulator.
I'm not really sure what she is trying to achieve here by sharing how she is very complex and struggling mentally in life with 3 kids. She has managed to have a walk with a friend today and have a bath during the day plus 15 stories on Instagram. I think she has very deep rooted issues where her self care has no bounds. I've been glued to my desk from 8am this morning and have not managed to do much except quickly scroll through my phone in between work never mind have a bath in the middle of the day. Does she understand how normal people with full-time jobs work? She is more of a personal coach than a therapist.

I used to follow her a long time ago, before she had the girl. Then she seemed to change as the follower count increased.

But now, she just seems so contrived, making a checklist of “relateable” content and dilemmas

Self care for an over inflated ego at its best.Last post told everyone I was taking a shower but run a bath instead. And then proceeded to take a photo of myself in the bath and shared it on Instagram with over 100k followers. I find it very relaxing.

I am sure you are right. But the underlying personality/character is that of a narcissist.
Most narcissists present as very confident, and the smarter they are, the more likely they are to tie you up in a web of coercive control.
I am sure we could unpack what she is doing and find the coercive control here; let me empathise with how small, vulnerable and weak you are.
And then let me gas light you by pretending to be on your side, when in fact, I am working in my own interests, and not yours.
Having said all that, her narcissism is solving for a deep rooted insecurity. Not that we should feel sorry for her, as you say - she is making a rich living from all of this manipulation.
Which is of course the problem with narcissists - they take advantage of others, for their own gain.

She does it because it's made her very very rich very quickly. I don't doubt that she's self obsessed and that's part of the reason she shares so much crap but the main reason is that she's realised how easy it is to fleece vulnerable mums.

Tarun must be fucking knackered. Going to work when the kids are still asleep and returning when the kids are back in bed. Obviously stressful job given the hours and the money he earns. Then he's expected to look after the kids at the weekend because Anna has been looking after them during the week. We won't mention the nanny of course because Anna rarely did
Now he's WFH he's expected to help out with the kids still. Don't worry about his job Anna. You know, the one that even you admit is the only reason you can afford to live in your house.
