From my understanding of shadow ban, it’s taken in effect on the actual Instagram app since it is a code they have full control over. It doesn’t occur the browser versions or searching up her Instagram on Google which requires the a different code plus a few days to take into effect for all users. Since many Instagram users are on the actual app, it makes sense to focus on the glitches, enhancements and features on the app instead of overall enhancement across all platforms.
