Ladies. I cannot thank you enough for all your work. Luckily, I've not given Anna Bey a dime. But I have given her some headspace and for that, I am embarrassed. You see, during COVID lockdown, my job went remote and has since transitioned to full-remote work. Most would be grateful, but I feel a bit lost. I fell into a slump of living in pajamas and going days between basic grooming-- what was the point, the only people I was seeing were my husband and kids. Being such a slob was leading to depression and I knew I needed a change, so I stumbled upon Anna when searching for how to look elegant at home. Her advice of getting out of pajamas and upgrading to better loungewear was the basic-level advice I needed to hear. From there, I watched her other videos and felt a twinge of regret for not following my grandmother's advice of marrying a more wealthy man. My husband is a good and loyal man, but I have to work in order to help provide my family with basic, middle-class life. We live a good life, but don't belong to the country-club crowd. I have a lot to be thankful for and watching Anna made me less than grateful. I can't imagine what it makes younger women, without life experience, believe the world is like. The piece that always seemed off to me was that Anna constantly changed her web address. Jetset Babes, school of affluence, etc--it seemed odd. Finally, I found tattle and it has changed how I look at Anna.
I live a much more affluent life than she does, even in my middle-class life. I have true friends, a roof and a small piece of earth that is mine, love from my family, and extra food at my table. Homeless, loveless, jobless, and still trying to find value in discount, discarded Hermes shoes. Poor, moral-less soul. I pity her.

Sorry if someone already mentioned it, the tread is going so fast, bless you all for that, I havent been able to catch up yet but I was on Raty website https://10elegancemistakes.com/ created to promote a webinars that will happen in few hours...I was bored, reading through it and I just notice something funny in the testimony part of the page. It usually show the name, picture and review left by client but on one of them the picture looked too "professional"...Ratys ego and need to show off came back to bit her in the ass 
Instead of using a picture of the actual person who wrote the review, she took a picture of a model from google of a small business selling ballerina from Guatemala 
and on raty website its written " Patrizia, UK"
I already knew all of those testimony are fake but common on... it is easy nowadays to google image a picture to know it source. She is such a scam
Writing and faking her own "testimony"/ reviews AND stealing pictures from small business and more. How classless is that?!
Next step is maybe to contact that brand to inform them that someone is using their picture to sell products without their consent?
Its the last day of work here in Dubai, tomorrow will be the weekend, such a tasteful way to finish my week

News ladies, at 14h she was still in the apartement. I was there and saw an appartment with all the windows open which was the only one with the windows open in the building and which is weird for 14h. Normally people do their aeration in the morning. I was affraid to take a picture, I was in a frontal spot where she could have seen me. So :
-today she is filming many things in a row, she is in big stress, in hurry, that's why the windows are open, it's hot inside, she must move the furniture, change clothes etc.
-it means she doesn't have acces to the lounge on Sunday, she can only enter there on Saturdays. Maybe the maid come on Sunday preparing the lounge for the week?
-the open windows for the entire appartment : could be also that she is affraid to let a track of her parfum and perspiration

I have nothing to add as my dear elegant sisters covered it all so comprehensively. I am so proud of you all. Each of you contributed something and it reminds me of the feeling of community I had in the Inner Circle of Jetsetbabe. Moving on!
I just want to highlight: this particular fake narrative she'll attempt now to spin the fact that she's homeless. This "behind the scenes" pic matches NONE of her previous videos or filming. So if she tries to claim she's been "living here all along" it's very easy to prove it's a lie.
P.S. I find it quite bizarre the whole setup. In winter she's filming in a summer dress, wearing open toed shoes (that's not elegant according to her own rules!) and she is in a completely empty room with blank walls and carpet, no other furniture except the pink chair she probably carries around with her from hostel to hostel.

Documenting my evening at the Opera for people who want to see. Nice evening but boring opera (Anna Bolena by Donizetti, I was really amused by the coincidence of the name!).
Sorry people for the quality, I felt really awkard to take pictures while I was surrounded by people who know me. I was pretending taking a picture of the ceiling for my brother who loves architecture (liar!) and when my hand went down with the phone I was making the photos you are seeing, so I wasn't able to calibrate or etc. Nobody takes pictures there so I had to hide my maneuvers and it was awkard.
To make a caption : those are the people from the "Cercle", the group of sponsors of the Grand Théâtre de Genève. They are the most important and whealty people of the city, still you couldn't recognize them from normal people. They get all together for some representations and only members of the "Cercle" know the dates when they are coming (I was invited by a member in his loge : the big lights indicate the boxes and we all agree is very ugly inside the Grand Théâtre). I tried to capture some women : always very old women ; the young blond is a lawyer, my friend, and was in our group -we were the youngest ones. The drink was taken at the intermission in a corner reserved for the "Cercle". I wasn't able to take pictures with the treats, it would have been to obvious
Look at the way women are dressed especially the two on the first picture. It's the 5PM cocktail dress which could be in their case a glittered suit. When they are not very well dressed (many of us were coming directly from work), they wear a thick silk shawl on the shoulder or a scarf around the neck. Those are the people that you might encounter at the brasserie Lipp for exemple but a person like Anna Bey is not able to see who they are. And those are the women who decide for everything in this part of the world. Now, imagine Anna Bey amongst them, with her lips, her way of moving or speaking. Do you understand, girls? Anna Bey's antics about elegance and society are BS, she doesn't have a clue about society and the way society act. The only thing she knows is how to waddle on Instagram in order to attract the attention of a horny Arabian man.
Do you recognize the dear pedestal of the sweetheart outside the Grand Théâtre (her "Library")?

By the way, let's start again with our real estate business. When does the carpett and those walls appear, this is not Audi's lounge. Corsier has a pale gray colour. It could be another empty studio that she rented somewhere to film.

Next up is another listing I found. I believe it is the same layout but may be a different apartment on a lower floor (of the same building) (or the next building which is identical) (or in fact the exact same apartment):
If in fact these last 2 images are of the exact same apartment, then they are of rooms we have not previously seen.

Then I found this floorpan, diagram, blueprint, whatever it is:
The circular “D” shaped thing, center bottom, must be the stairway leading up to the apartment. The square in the center of the staircase is probably an elevator. This is a 2-3,000 sqf apartment and I was real curious to see if any of the the photos lined up with the floor plan. I knew the interior doors and the floor were a match but wasn’t sure about the rest.
For the most part, I was able to visually line up the floor plan with the photos from the different listings, and am satisfied that the floor plan is an accurate representation:
So as things were lining up, I was kinda wondering if we were all wrong and Anna actually lives in this huge-ass multi-million dollar place. Spoiler alert, I am still not sure but I don’t think so. Why?

As I was lining up Anna’s pics, I noticed Anna doesn’t have bay windows (curved windows) (everything else seems to fit the floorpan exactly):
While almost a perfect match, the bay windows (the curved windows marked in red) didn’t match Anna's. The windows in Anna’s living room, while the same design, are flush with the wall (rather than curved as in the apartment-listing images).
I checked the exterior of the building and noticed that the penthouse (top floor) had bay windows, while their counterparts on all lower levels were regular straight ones (like Anna’s), flush, completely level with the walls):
This also explained the significantly better views from the penthouse apartment.
So basically the floor plan I found is for the penthouse, which is not Anna’s place. But! If you look at the lower levels, I am thinking they are, or at least originally were, more or less the same floor plan.

While on a different (lower) level, I believe it is consistent with this section of the floor plan:

Just showing this to show that there seem to be these teeny-tiny apartments, partially in the attic, in the same building. I picture Anna’s on a lower level, not in the attic, but I am not a 100% sure.
The kitchen from the earlier listing (not the penthouse one but the one with the umbrellas in the entrance hall) (which may or may not be the same unit as the penthouse one, maybe an identical one on a lower level) was this:

Because of these kitchens, I do not believe any of these 3 apartments are Anna’s. But I do believe her kitchen is very similar to the first 2, with a few personal upgrades, (like the granite backsplash above the granite counter, I’m talking about what is believed to be the “London kitchen"). Otherwise the same cabinetry from what I can tell so I suppose it’s possible she filmed those old videos here.

One of the listings said that 2 units were remodeled into one, so it is ENTIRELY possible that hers (or Audi’s) is half the size, or even just a third.
Maybe like this:
At this point I don’t know what’s in the other rooms. They might belong to a neighboring apartment or they might be bedrooms or the half-empty rooms where she films (the carpeted rooms).
The weird geometry parquetry with the square design is in the rooms I marked blue. The pink rooms don’t have the squares painted on. The rest of the rooms I am not sure:
(There are huge pieces of carpet, used as rugs but they don’t go wall to wall).
I personally believe that those carpeted empty rooms are part of this place, rather than a second location. There might be a second location but I think those rooms are part of this one. I find that the doors, baseboards, floors etc are consistent with the images that I am looking at in the old listings above.

I don’t know whose apartment or lounge it is. It is an 8 minute straight walk, or 4 min drive, from the Bank Audi building.

That’s all I have for now. I don’t know who owns it, if it’s rented, or if it’s been remodeled since these images were taken.

Her idea of the high society and of the rich people is a fantasized world coming from glossy magazines and staged TV reality shows. She is at the same level of knowledge and fantasies about this world than a girl in a hairdresser's waiting room, flipping through magazines.
I picked this picture from someone else. This is what you see when you are around affluent people. It's not the Kardashian world, the dream of Insta escorts. All those people are princes and princesses. All of them go in Gstaad and Megève during the winter. Maybe some of you recognized the princess Noal of Egypt. This is the kind of people that I encounter in Geneva or Paris. Of course there are some formal events, but this is the daily basis, this picture was taken during a private visit to an exhibition, I think. Everybody in Geneva's wealthy world look the same. Like you and me, your mothers and your grand mothers. Not like Insta hookers.

I’ve been reading your posts for a while and I must say thank you all for exposing this scammer! It’s a very important service that you are providing here. I hope many of her followers find these pages. Can’t wait for Bastine’s document to be delivered to the authorities.
I can’t believe I didn’t notice some of the obvious things pointed out here in Tattle. What a naive I’ve been… I haven’t bought anything from her but I used to follow her channel to check tips about self improvement and become more elegant. I’m sorry, Eleghannnt. Now, after reading endless messages from you, I must say it’s hard to watch her videos or stories even just to laugh about it! It’s so absurd, this whole thing!! Even her voice is now triggering to me.
About today’s stories: she must consider furniture and filming equipment as “team members”. The room was echoing so much that it’s not possible that
1. She actually lives there (I don’t believe she’s a minimalist, but even if that’s the case, such a waste of space an entire room for just one chair and side table
).
2. There was another person there. No way! Any small step on this room should sound like an elephant step!
On a side note, I used to run an interior decor instagram account (nothing fancy, just for fun and under 10k followers). Even me, a really small IG account with barely an audience, used to do livestream, show around my place to share tips on how to organize things. The same with actual celebrities, they show their homes to their audience, never the exterior for security reasons. Why can’t this “affluent, successful and wealthy” woman do a little bit of this??

I can’t believe I didn’t notice some of the obvious things pointed out here in Tattle. What a naive I’ve been… I haven’t bought anything from her but I used to follow her channel to check tips about self improvement and become more elegant. I’m sorry, Eleghannnt. Just sitting here pondering about all the people that once had a ‘relationship’ (acquaintanceship) with Anna, but for one reason or another decided it was best to DISTANCE THEMSELVES completely from her:

2. NOT ONE School of Affluence or SOTEW student who she’s kept in constant contact with because of a genuine/ sincere connection.
3. Christelyn Karazin - This girl took Anna under her wing back when Anna was a nobody and had just started her YT channel. Chistelyn gave her access to her courses (for free), Anna stole her ideas and reformatted the thing, slapped on a new label and ghosted Chistelyn forever.. What an ungrateful b*tch.
4. New Rose Glow - One of Anna’s biggest fans/ RAVED about her on IG & YT until we started talking about her on Tattle and then she suddenly stopped posting on all social media platforms.
5. Lauren (the.LA.Way) - has dodged & ditched her several times this year alone! Obviously, wants very little to do with Anna but is too graceful to tell her to F*ck Off… so Anna keeps ignoring the hints on purpose hoping Lauren will take pity.
6. Her own mother! Who had to make her IG private and remove it at one point (she’s now back on IG, but Anna definitely made her run for cover). Yes, they went to Italy this Summer but that was just to make up for dragging her moms name through the mud/ bringing a lot of negative attention to her. Maybe her mom deserved the negative attention who knows, but before her mom’s name had been mentioned on Tattle, Anna never once cared to associate herself with her. Why is that??? Why is she so ashamed of her mom that she can’t even wish her a Happy Mother’s Day publicly?
7. Bassam Feres: Used to hang out with Anna very often until he suddenly stopped!! Completely disappeared from all social media platforms immediately after “the wedding”. This is NOT typical “best man” behavior, is it.
8. Lina Palestina - Her and Anna were like ‘white on rice’ until Lina got a good whiff of Anna’s scammy vibes, then she did a 180!! We haven’t seen Lina invite her over for any house parties/lunches/shopping/events, nothing!
9. All of Lina Palestina’s friends!!! - You’re telling me that out of all those people Anna met at Lina’s house parties (documented in previous Tattle threads), NOT ONE person took to liking Anna and offering a nice coffee date or anything??? How f*cken strange!
10. Balloon girl (forgive me, cannot remember her name) - This poor girl looks like she’s being held captive every time we see her hanging out with Anna. She never looks very comfortable and Anna looks like she’s forcing this relationship on her.
11. NOT ONE relationship from all her years in London that she could meet up with (not talking about a mutually beneficial business/Instagram acquaintance) but an ACTUAL TRUE loving friendship/girlfriend.
12. Not one person who she’s met in Geneva since she moved there that has taken a liking to her/found her interesting. Literally she hasn’t made ONE FRIEND???!! When I say friend, I mean someone who NEEDS you/ WANTS you as much as you want/need them. Lina doesn’t need anything from Anna and I doubt she even finds her interesting. That relationship is one sided. Anna wants so badly to mooch off of Lina’s circle but she has nothing to offer them in return.. and that’s OBVIOUS because no one wants her/ needs her around.

Here is one for you with the entry, but a little bit blurred, it was a failed attempt to do the photo : mine see bream carpaccio, his a fancy beetroot. Then we had beef but I didn't continue with the photoshoot, I feel weird to do that in restaurants.
If this is amusing for you I might document some parts of my life in Geneva just to show to that woman what affluent life/a high caliber man looks like and that I am not a fool.

You know how the rat keeps bragging about her finishing school diploma? (It is not technically a diploma btw, as the course she did is unaccredited.)
I know a young woman who was sent to that school... Wait for it... As a punishment.
Right after she finished high school, and in the summer before she started university, her parents felt she was too "unladylike" and needed to learn how to behave, so they shipped her off to IVP. This is how so many girls from certain families end up there. They're slightly embarrassed about it; this acquaintance told her friends home she was at a language course. If you ask me, this is emotionally abusive behavior from her parents, kind of like signing up your kid to swimming classes cause she's fat. You'll never ever find see this woman bragging about her time at the IVP, unless she's making a self-deprecating joke or drunkenly talking about her mommy and daddy issues.
People who don't get into debt to go to this school are secretive about it as they're self-conscious about it.
I'll admit that I considered doing a training as such as I started to enter situations out of my comfort zone since my early 20s. The thought of confessing this anonymously to this group makes me shudders. I decided against it, but if I ever went to one, I'd pretend I went on a holiday and nobody would ever know about it. Just like I clear out my search history when I look for my favorite internet reality show villain, whom all of you also adore.
In a way, going to IVP or a finishing school is admitting an insecurity, and a vulnerability. It's the same thing as bragging on and on about your nose job. (Well, some people are vulgar enough to do so.)
Bragging about having gone to a finishing school means that the whole thing completely failed its raison d'etre.

Personnaly, from what I may observe and hear, those girls should not bother to learn any étiquette lessons or discussion topics. They are used only for their mouth, and other parts (depends on the man's taste) and that's all. Nobody takes them seriously even if they seem educated. Once a woman is known to be an escort or something like that, no man in his right mind will consider her as wife material especially if he is evolving in a society like the Paris and Geneva society where people know each other because they are always together at the same places, locations, events, sports etc. And I am not telling you something new : men talk and gossip just like women do.

I started to watch her videos about six months ago.
At first I realy was interessted.
Some of them seemed at least a little bit logical.
But after a while I realized: There ist nothing affluent or real about this lady. She calls herself colour consultant.... please NO.
She is constantly talking about not to come accross as desperate. But obviously she IS.
I wanted to find something about her so-called program after I registered to the free webinar. It was actually about nothing but advertising her School of Affluence.
I think the most affluent and elangant thing to do it not consider your audience to be brainless wallets.

By the way .... if this woman would live in Geneva. Why does no one ever see her. I live in Germany and often visit Swizerland. In Zürich i feel like at home and when I visit places like Hato or Pavillon I often see the same people.

I forgot to tell you : yesterday I had also the opportunity to show to my friend from Lombard Odier the plans of the Alfred Bertrand flat. He confirmed it was a flat intended to be a lounge. He told me that the exhibition of those plans on Internet, especially on the account of a woman like Anna Bey, is against every possible ethics in the banking world especially for a city like Geneva. No matter what they are doing with that flat, those plans should never have been exposed on Internet.
