So someone make this make sense. Amelia only works Monday to Wednesday, but she seems to spend a fortune on eating out and nights out. And lives alone in Essex in what looks like a house, presumably more than one bedroom. How does she afford that lifestyle? Unless her job is insanely highly paying where is all her money coming from? Who looks after Asda Monday to Wednesday?

Scalding hot take. The NHS is for everyone, I'm sure she and her family are taxpayers contributing to it. Just because they have money doesn't mean they should HAVE to go private. That's how you start to get 'rich person healthcare' and 'poor person healthcare', with vastly different outcomes.
