That would make sense. Alyssa definitely had a contact who hooked her up w that Hermes SA. The offers budget Alyssa has gotten from that Madison Ave store have been insane.
The Kelly Pouchette is great in theory, but the pouchette ages so poorly. It’s made from swift leather (super delicate) and the second you put things in it, it starts to lose shape. Again, it’s the flex of having Hermes on her wedding day and yet she’s stressing about wedding costs.
I cannot believe she bought her frail 80+yo Filipino mother a Hermes bag. Asians are still being targeted in NYC. Why put a Hermes bag in her hands and risk some loser knocking her over for it? It’s all so weird.

About the sunnies, it was Heart Evangelista who started it all, she wore those when she attended the Fendi show. So of course, the fashion world have to have it.
I think that what she does is amazing, the fact that she knows that she has excessive stuff. But, this plays to her Hermes obsession. I fast forwarded through it. It was a sad moment for Sotheby’s. An acclaimed auction house catering to basic bloggers.
Luxury brands used to cater to those with luxurious lives thereby creating an aspirational brand others aspired to buy and emulate. There is nothing luxurious or aspirational about Alyssa or Cassie. Nada.
If she was smart, she could have introduced Sotheby's as the best place to buy second hand items. Especially for women in the US who tend to be less wealthy in comparison to women in Europe. They have so many items and some of them are really affordable. She could have explained the process of purchasing, the safety, shipping, etc
