I know and flies in the face of the ‘exercise post covid’ info she had earlier in the week. It’s ok to say that your body still feels fatigue and admit it has had an impact on your form, but don’t be disheartened etc etc.Watching her do the pull-ups. Sigh. She’s using momentum - not body strength - after the first two or so. She shouldn’t be arching her back or kicking her legs forward. Come Alice - you’re the PT. You know this crap.

Saying that, the core exercise with the rowing machine, her form was good doing that, would have been more beneficial to say, this is another exercise you can try if pull ups are beyond you
