Who is this Bryony? Her profile is closed. I don't follow AJT too closely, or at least didn't til she went mad and moved her children in with a bloke she'd just met, and that piqued my interest and now I want to see what on earth she does next.

Then you can bet the lease is in her name only because this dan has a ccj and won't be able to get on the lease (I once worked in letting agent), meaning that if it all falls apart, he can leave her high and dry with a big rent to pay on her own. I searched google to see if its possible to see if someone has a ccj and you can, its easy.

I suspect she is quite good at ‘behind the scenes’ marketing, but she is shit at ads! They really jarr in me and make me cringe. She just needs to get back in to a normal marketing job and cut back on the ‘influencing’.

Yep, and there isn't a way of getting CCJ information for free. Bankruptcy, yes (and he isn't) but not county court judgements.
