•Alice filed to appear remotely going forward like the coward she is
•Judge Josh made an unusual decision to not hold the hearing on the 2nd and move it to the 7th.
•Judge Josh also decided that the May 7th hearing will be held in closed chambers
•It seems generally agreed that the money tap has been cut off and the judge has made some sort of ultimatum for Alice to turn in her financials and we know the temporary agreement expired on April 30th
•Alice marked the result in court by posting a selfie with Elsie in the background and misidentifying her as Ella, which Ella corrected, confirming she does see everything her mother posts
•Alice then posted a throwback selfie with her niece, who doesn’t appear to follow Alice
•Alice then posted a casual selfie with a grimace, minimizing whatever she’s been ordered to do by saying she had some niggly things to deal with this weekend
•It had a smell the roses type of feel to the caption where Alice claimed to love jasmine, only to get the flower wrong
•Alice claimed she was excited to not have to set an alarm as the next day was Saturday
•Then Friday it happened: the old Alice appeared in spectacular style
•Friday was messy.
•Alice exploded on Instagram about tattle, Bianca, money, how we target her children, stalk her, harass her, prevent her working (LOL)
•It was the old Alice with the caption edited 4 times, several bio changes, one that was very short lived and declared she was working to be financially independent for her and the girls to be free of this shit, assuming court, sanctions and penalties
•The comments were fast and furious
•Alice made the daily mail again and the comments were brutally against her
•Saturday morning Alice decided to spend her lie in making another furious post about tattle, using all sorts of screenshots that did her ZERO favours
•She took a joke that was made about seeing Alice on only fans being a justifiable reason to kill someone who posted it on tattle and twisted it into death threats
•After much furious posting on her Saturday morning posts comments, likely still sozzled and breaking the DVRO several times, Alice did a dirty delete
•Sunday Alice was back grief thieving Bernard Hills death
•Alice then resumed her manic activity in the comments of recent posts
•A tattler made a very careful and measured post about the fact the Ella’s twitter account is followed by a pornographic bot account with an erect penis as the profile picture….and has been since Ella was the age of 8, when her mother made said twitter account for Ella
•Alice has now accused tattlers of putting pornographic posts and pictures next to photos of Ella’s tattle account, calling us pedalos when she’s the one who is abysmally failing to safeguard her children
•Court tomorrow and while we wonder if Alice got her niggly things done, she spent the weekend threatening to go to the cops, threatening to doxx tattlers and completely and deliberately misunderstanding and misinterpreting our words into something unrecognizable from why was actually said

Just a reminder that the court proceeding tomorrow will be an off the record case management Zoom call at 4:45 p.m. PT. There will not be a transcript but there will likely be a minute order. I'll be monitoring the court docket and will post the minute order as soon as it's available. The prior minute order stated that the judge would rule on something after the Zoom call, so the ruling may not be available immediately. I'm supposed to be in a cocktail reception after giving a presentation tomorrow late afternoon, so for once I will have snacks.

This is why people she's abused don't come forward. She terrorizes them. She has a history of doing it. She's proving it in real time with her attacks on that Sarah commenter.
Remember the lawyer Heather? What she did to her on Twitter? Or anyone for that matter who dared call her out for her behavior? Horrible.
Who wants to be terrorized like that? Who wants to have her cult swarm them on their socials? Contact their employers?
I withdraw any kindness I've thrown her way here. And I certainly have. I even said people should leave her alone and not post negative comments to the people who hired her when they advertise her upcoming conventions. I try to be fair. I have had empathy for her struggle to get back into the work force and start over.
She's just a hardcore bully who made it clear this weekend she hasn't changed. I hope the DVRO is extended permanently.

Alice has been manically commenting on a woman’s posts on Instagram because the woman used her own name and account (just like Alice has been demanding) to make the factual comment that Alice has a DVRO.

Jesus Christ Alice, grow up. Tattle doesn't matter. It's not real life. It's a gossip site. The wider world doesn't read it or care about it. If you didn't keep mentioning it on Instagram nobody would be any the wiser about what people say here about you. It's not "bullying" or "trolling" because nobody is directly contacting you. If you didn't read here you'd be none the wiser about what is said. The fact that you not only keep reading but also keep sharing posts and mentioning us proves that you're not really concerned about being "bullied", you're concerned about being forgotten, because in 2024 you're not relevant, you're a has-been actress who's lost her one link to Hollywood and you know that if you stopped making fictional posts full of lies you'd be forgotten before the year is out. I hope that when she calls her lawyer tomorrow she mentions that she, the actual mother of minor girls, is allowing them to be followed on their social media by porn accounts and men who have displayed untoward behavior in regard to women, including that New Zealand man.
I believe this is what a few Tattle members were highlighting as an obvious cause for concern.

This is all on her. Parents are the ones that have the responsibility to keep their children safe. Don't shoot the messengers.
Perhaps pause, reflect, and act appropriately instead.That means monitoring who follows your children and who they interact with. It's not hard.
Social media isn't safe for young kids. Especially vulnerable ones. Parents #1 job is to protect their kids from the monsters.
