Ok now I know it’s not that serious after watching her non knee bending workout this morning. I’ve torn ligaments in both knees and been operated on (not at the same time thankfully ) and I could hardly move let alone do walkouts her kneecap probably popped or moved and she tit herself/wanted attention - next

Yep. I couldn’t even drive to work, let alone walk to the gym and workout! I had surgery and still get twinges when I’m standing still doing upper body and especially things like walk outs and side planks because of the way you’re distributing the weight! She’s so full of tit.

Silly cow. I lift heavy have done for 4 years and my arms aren’t bulky! have fab definition that’s all! Mine also look like that when I flex and tense! She’s such an attention seeker!!! They look normal when you’re not tensing. Ffs such a twit
