it’s literally a housing estate! Her house will look just like Sam Gowland’s Because it’s off plan you can choose your own kitchen, flooring etc … this is NOT building a house

im ngl im shocked.Dont get me wrong id love my dad to pay for my life but the way she made out she'd bought some land and it was going to be this dream home theyve created from scratch when its just a large newbuild on an estate that they get to pick their own bathroom and kitchen ,its a bit embarrasing.I was expecting something out of this world the way theyve gone into rented accomodation in order to be able to wait for it to be built.Id much rather buy a nice older property rurally-ish and then completely rennovate.
It’s literally surrounded by housing estates and right next to a busy road that leads to a motorway.

In that case, I’ve also bought land and am building a house, I even get to pick my kitchen and bathrooms … I’m buying a new build house, in a new build estate. Alongside another 40 people in their very similar houses in the estate. We all get to pick our kitchens and bathrooms tho.
