I read that as triple choc chip [cookies] and was so confused (and slightly alarmedI bought the Oakham Triple Cooked chips for tonight to go with Steak, and the Madagascan custard to go with a sticky toffee pud!
Agree!! For the price (1.50 per egg I think) we thought they were great. When you compare with local food stalls who can charge nearly a fiver for one. Shame they’re only a limited item.Tried the runny yolk scotch eggs from Aldi (chiller), they were scrumptious.
Was the Madagascan custard with the rest of the Oakham stuff as I never saw it?I bought the Oakham Triple Cooked chips for tonight to go with Steak, and the Madagascan custard to go with a sticky toffee pud!
Sadly these were quite underwhelming imo. Smelled a bit like a candle. Tasted ok but extremely dry!Got cinnamon bun sponge puddings for tonight…hope they’re as nice as the jam roly poly
They look unreal and if Dublin Aldi dont have them , I will riot !!!!Don’t think I’ve seen this mentioned yet but I picked them up today to try. They are resealable but I don’t think that’s a function I’ll use![]()

I saw these on my unsuccessful trip to Aldi on Thursday, but left them on the shelf because I cannot be trusted around pecans, especially caramelised and chocolate covered onesDon’t think I’ve seen this mentioned yet but I picked them up today to try. They were in with all the Christmas chocolates. Not as good as the caramelised cashews from M&S but a very decent sized bag for £2.79!They look unreal and if Dublin Aldi dont have them , I will riot !!!!

They're on my "duck it, it's Christmas" snacks list for when we get closer to Christmas week though - hopefully there's still some on the shelves by then!

Is this in the freezer or the fridge? I looked for it and couldn’t find it on the plus side I tried the new brownies £2.49 for four small pieces but ooh so goodThe macaroni cheese from the new Oakhurst stuff at Aldi is really nice. I haven't bought the M&S mac and cheese of dreams for ages as it just got too expensive, but this is almost as good. It's marketed as a side, but I had it as my "main".
Tried them yesterday. Lovely but don't expect much lobster or even crayfish.
