We get "Taste of the Alps" which sometimes also has "Taste of North Germany" items too. It's my favourite! I'm curious to know what you get for the British week, as I'm pretty sure most of the Alpine stuff isn't super authentic.I'm curious, we sometimes have "British week" at Lidl in my country, do you get "German week" in UK as well?

, they have British week as well sometimes). I feel like there's more but can’t remember what. We get something like taste of the alps as well, called Alpenfest (Alp fest) usually around the time of Oktoberfest. If it's the same stuff they sell here it's pretty authentic!

I managed to get a bar of the Dubai chocolate and I liked it, it has a nice sweet creamy taste.

The Good Housekeeping review I posted yesterday picked out the Lidl and the most expensive one as favourites, although you'd feel really sick if you ate all the Lidl one, as some of us would be tempted to do.

As someone who's half Polish, Lidl is definitely not the place for good eastern European foods. Polski skleps are genuine and have the right items, not pastiches.
What’s going on with the Aldi website? There seemed to be a separate site for special buys / offers and then one for their usual range of food and groceries. I think it’s all on one website now but I’m trying to search for items and they don’t have any ingredient lists and some things just redirect to the home page 
Had a look through the online Specialbuys leaflet for Aldi, and they're releasing some Easter themed squishmallow knockoffs on Thursday. I might stop by before work to see if my local has them in, my nieces are all still mad for squishmallows, so might be a nice Easter gift (although I'm a little doubtful that my store will even stock them!)

Are these Frickles an actual mythical entity cos my local shops have never had them in stock, and when I asked a member of staff on one visit, she just looked at me perplexed like I had 3 heads
