Does anyone else get annoyed by Lidl Plus? Just wanted to have a rant 
I don't have Lidl Plus because I already have Tesco Clubcard on my phone and just don't want yet another app.
I'm in Ireland and lately I find that more and more products in Lidl are cheaper or two/three for a particular price if you have Lidl Plus, and you really have to read the sticker on the shelf closely or you get caught out at the till.
I didn't mind when it was a just few products but now it feels like it's half the goods, and it's becoming a dose to shop there.
I know it's capitalism but it feels wrong for a discount supermarket to be forcing the app on their customers.
I know I could just give in and get the app or go to Aldi up the road so I'm lucky I have that choice but just wondered what you all think of Lidl Plus?

I find Lidl plus inenvasive for the most part, especially compared to Asda and Tesco, it also gives free bakery items so its fine by me, I can see it becoming a problem very quickly though
In my local Lidl, the prices are not really obvious, like in Tesco the Clubcard price is in yellow and it's really clear, but in my Lidl you really need to closely read it to see if it's a Lidl Plus price.
I know it's not the end of the world but I've been caught out a couple of times at the till when summat was dearer than I thought, and I'm wondering how many others have been caught out that way.
God be with the days when you could shop in Lidl knowing it was good value and not need your Mr Magoo X-Ray specs on to see the prices
I actually find it pretty useful. When you hit certain spending milestones you also get free/discounted items - last month I got a free 3kg bag of pasta! I find there is also much less advertising compared to other loyalty schemes and it’s all in the app. The coupons are also pretty relevant as well - no doubt they monitor what you buy but they do then give you money off what you actually need (I buy a ton of fruit, ham etc for the kids and I always get a coupon for at least one of those items)Does anyone else get annoyed by Lidl Plus? I use my Lidl Plus to basically run my life.

I bloody love the Lidl app. Best app out there followed by nectar.

mine was all out of 30 pack crisps today so I had to settle for the 12! Also got a free veg item so picked up a big bag of sweet potato. Bought myself a cinnamon bun as a treat and the kids stole it
I don't normally go to Aldi at 6pm but had a lift and wanted to look at the American food fridge. Never seen this in my Aldi but 2 women were parked infront of the fridge with a trolley each and there was no way anybody else was going to get a look in. After a few minutes (honestly) I asked 1 of them if they would pass me a salted beef pack and she said - we are looking, wait, I replied I only want you to pass me one and the other one said - oh just f+ing give her one. I was absolutely gobsmacked.Will be sticking to my opening time shopping.
What I was going to ask - have any of you eaten any of the Aldiner burgers etc yet as my friends 19yr son, who loves a MaccyD, is coming here on Sunday and I thought I would buy them as it would save a drive and I don't mind cooking and adding bits to them.
I am not having the salted beef until Monday so he can't have that.

Current favourite place for it is in Marks & Spencer’s, usually with an older person that needs to be taught some manners - which I am more than happy to do! The stores not just open for you, love. I bagged some Aldi VitC serum which I'm really liking, smell is nice IMO so hoping to get more. It'll all be gone now won't it!
